Obsługa w porządku, po powrocie z miasta zastaliśmy posprzątany pokój, posłane łożko, ręczniki w łazience - wszystko precyzyjnie poukładane, przyjazna atmosfera, wszystko na swoim miejscu, możliwość skorzystania z komputera - jest dobrym wyjściem kiedy nie mamy swojego a potrzebujemy cos sprawdzić czy skontaktować się bliskimi. Zbyt drogie śniadania, specyficzny zapach na klatce schodowej, brak baru- możemy zamówić do stolików znajdujących się obok recepcji (pomieszczenie jadalne), ogólnie zbyt duża cena. |

Breakfast and Leaving The absence of air conditiong during the hot weather we experienced made our stay very unpleasant. This was compounded by the noisy night club attached which meant that we had to have our window shut. It is a 70 style hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Easily the worst 4 star hotel that my wife and I have ever stayed in. |

Friendly staff, nice room with good value for money,. specially for Copenhagen. Short walking distance to city but our room was very quiet. Breakfast included a lot of choices, good buffet. |

Staff were extremely friendly and anxious to help in any way. The hotel is comfortable and close to a variety of restaurants for meals other than breakfast. |

Easy access, suited may stay. Curtains need to be "black-out" style as the early morning sun-light entered the room and woke me very early. |

Warm comfortable bedroom, but a bit noisy because of the traffic. Nearby central station and Tivoli, but faraway from harbor and other main city attractions. |

Location was wonderful - bus access and great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was very quiet and the common areas very clean. The organic breakfast option is fantastic and the organic shampoo & location were a nice touch. |

The room was very nice and had comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful when our Internet and radiators were not working. Internet and radiators did not work. But the staff was very helpful when dealing with us on these matters. |

Nice decor in the hotel rooms, clean and the wi-fi access was useful. The breakfast was also very good quality. Great location in being close to basically all the hotspots of Copenhagen. |

We found the facilities and staff at this hotel excellent. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The lounge area was very comfortable and homey and the rooms were excellent. The Breakfast was also excellent |
