All children under 2 years are charged DKK 245.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged DKK 245.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The location is perfect. A clean and quite room and a good breakfast. Because it is located in the center of town it is difficult to find a parking space. But the hotel offers private parking space for a small price. |

Very good breakfast buffet. The curtains in the room did not meet and a paper clip and sellotape were needed to block out the very early Scandinavian sun. |

The payment is done up front at the hotel and they charge extra if you do not have a danish credit card. The reception didn't have people at the desk at all times. The bathrooms where low standard and wasn't ver fresh. The biggest minus though was that they blocked the fire exit with furniture and they renovated rooms until midnight which made alot of noise |

They were helpful with information that proved correct and they accomodated our early breakfast request graciously. The location was not clear on your maps. We thought the hotel was a distance from the train station so stood in the rain waiting for a cab only to find that the hotel was just on the corner behind us. It cost us 60 DKK which we shouldn't have had to spend. |

A very spacey family room, cozy, good value for money. Reception desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast not fancy, but okay. Bathroom could do with a bit of shining-up, clean, but very old. Missed personal service at breakfast "take what's there, otherwise forget it!" |

Eftersom vi skulle med tåg till Kastrup vid halvfem på morgonen och hade en lång resa framför oss, så hade vi tänkt att sova tidigt. Tyvärr så fanns det ingen rullgardin eller gardiner som gick att dra för fönstren. Hade varit mycket lättare att sova om det hade blivit mörkt I rummet! |

Beliggenhet umiddelbart i tilknytning til jernbanestasjonen var meget bra. Avtale om sen ankomst og hvordan en skulle komme seg inn fungerte meget bra. Bra seng. OK bad. Bedre belysningen generelt. Kontakt nær skrivebordet ønskelig. |

Trevlig personal. Ett gediget, lite gammaldags hotell med bra frukostbuffé. Centralt och bra läge (möjligen lite störande ljud utifrån men inget som störde min nattsömn). Helt ok hotell, kanske lite slitet och lite bullrigt utanför - men fördelarna övervägde. |

Det enda som var bra var läget med närhet till färjan men hade jag vetat hur de ser ut så hade inte läget vägt upp nackdelarna. Jo han i receptionen var trevligt och serviceminded Det luktade rök överallt .Det var mycket sämre än bilderna. Frukostmatsalen var inge trevlig. Allt det är iofs ok men inte om bilderna visar något helt annat. |

Jeg synes det ligger central og der er gode muligheder for at opleve Helsingør m.v. Standarten er ok, da det er et gammel hotel Det har indfriet mine forventninger til en slap af overnatning med godt mad ude i byen. Jeg synes godt at morgenbuffeten kunne være lidt bedre, virkede ikke så indbydende. |
