The hotel staff particularly at the reception were the worse I have ever seen. Not interested in customer service. Poor location, not worth the rate. |

Good location in a fantastic city. Businesslike but moderately helpful staff. To an American all hotels in Copenhagen are overpriced. The carpet in the room was old, stretched, and stained. This was off-putting, though, in general, the hotel seemed perfectly clean. |

I' had never seen a so little bathroom ! the washbasin was inexistant! and there was no tablet to put something except at the top of toilet ..The carpet was very dirty with full of spots of vomit. In fact we've been very disappointed . |

Nice food in restaurant, but poor service by staff. The room was not what you would expect in Europe. Very dirty carpets, broken lights etc. |

The hotel had a great location and very friendly and helpful staff. My room was a cozy and quiet and had a nice nook with a desk and armchair. The decor is a bit dowdy. |

Very pleasant staff, easy connection to any part of the city (hotel is near the metro station and on 15 minutes from the central walking area) There is no radiator and carpet in the bathroom, so if you don't have slippers, it might be a little cold only for your feet. Everything else is perfect! |

the location of the hotel near to metro/rail facilities. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet; availability of tea/coffee in the lounge was appreciated the room was not cleaned properly - there was thick dust on the bedside table, balls of dust on the floor under the chair and crumbs of food under other furniture which had been there some considerable time. It was clear that the room had not been hoovered or dusted for weeks and this had not been spotted by any manager checking the cleanliness of the room. We reported it to Reception. |

Personal war sehr gut und freundlich! Das Zimmer war unter dem Dach, es war sehr warm und das Badezimmer hatte eine schlechte Ausstattung. Es fehlte z.B. eine WC-Bürste es waren nur Badehandtücher da, keine kleinen Handtücher und ein Haarfön wäre auch nett gewesen. |
