Access to Copenhagen's sites Dont' believe we got the room we booked and that we got a lesser one (ie. cheaper) but still paid for 'other' one. The shower. TV facilities, should have satellite these days. 'Hot' food at breakfast was cold or soggy, 'soft' boiled eggs weren't. Witnessed a drug deal from bedroom window on the Tues night. |

The room was old but ok. We had a nice view over Copenhagen. When I booked the room it was informed that wireless internet was available on the whole hotel, however this was not the case - only limited to lobby and the first floors. When I discussed this with the hotel staff (I specifically selected this hotel cause of the wireless), I was told this was not their fault. They recommended me to use a wired connection, but they could not borrow me a cable :( |

I liked the location of the Hotel(close to the City Centre. Tivoli and railway station). Also the hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Yes there is.The room was small, no adequate space for two persons and their luggage. Also the bathroom was not spacious and the towels not very clean and of bad quality. |

Our best hotel in our travels on this trip. Excellent location, close to Tivoli, City Center and Train Station. Modern clean hotel with Ice machines on every floor, rare in Europe. Bath tub with shower, iron, internet, mini bar, and bike rentals. Very freindly and helpful staff with knowledge of the city. Comforter was too small, for a double bed, but staff gave us another immediately! |

A very efficiently run hotel, but still retaining a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and very clean - we really appreciated the free internet access (many hotels charge for this service). Of significant note is that we left something of value in the room after checking out and on contacting them the next day the item was found and returned in the mail. We were surprised that the main restaurant was not open on the Saturday evening (though the information in the room suggested it woud be), so unable to check out the standard of their cuisine |

Was very clean. Yes.I didnt like your parkings sistem. If I stay in one place and pay for this ,I think its normal to have one parking place taxfree. I lost many hours from my free time because i cant find a parkink place, and after I havent small money for put inside, because of this my friend take a strafe-bøde to 500 kr.(our credit card was not accept). |
