Central location with easy access. Bistro restaurant was very good and rooms were always kept clean. The room suffered from noise in the corridor at night. The advertised Grill Room Restaurant was not open during this and a previous stay. |

Two things I always look for in a hotel room, bathroom and bed cleanliness and for the Imperial they were both excellent. Although the hotel was large, I liked the privacy of the hotel layout and the friendliness of the hotel staff |

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family room had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The area, near the train station, is relatively charmless. |

The location is the best part of this hotel, with very short distance of the main train station and a number of subway stations. Walking distance to the centre and tivoli gardens as well. Room was a little small, but cant complain as we werent that often. |

The situation is quite convenient. Close to center and railway station. Very fast internet connection. The rate quality/price could be better. To have only a shower at the bathroom in a four star hotel is not enough. |

It was simply a convenient location hotel for my travels, and the price was not unreasonable. The hot buffet breakfast was tepid verging on cold and not very nice. The scrambled eggs were like rubber. The cold buffet breakfast was quite acceptable however. |

Check in easy. Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant good and staff friendly. No room service overnight. In room TV web connection - keyboard difficult to use. Breakfast quality of bacon poor and staff not looking after customers. |

The champagne at arrival was exellent ! Very nice breakfast. Good location. The price of a bottle of water in the mini-bar and hotel bar. Extremely expencive... In Denmark you can safely drink from the tap in the room! |
