Quarto remodelado recentemente bem como instalação sanitária, com bom gosto e sentido prático na utilização, quarto muito confortável. recomendaria uma actualização dos acessos aos quartos nos diferentes pisos bem como a actualização da imagem da entrada do hotel, seria de eliminar o estacionamento de viaturas junto a janelas de quartos no piso 1 já que a circulação é impossível de evitar. |

Nice clean hotel. Small but elegant rooms. Parking on the roof (= was the main reason to take this hotel). The cleaning lady and room service was very nice. They did not send answer to my request of parking spot and did not reserve it to me – it was hotel policy (= bad service). In reception person took incoming phone calls while my wife was booking in and did same thing to me while I was on trying to solve some problems they had. Very impolite and hurt my and my wifes feelings! Breakfast for 150 Dkr was very expencive (I do not know the quality, because I did not eat any), cafes near by served great breakfast buffet from 49 Dkr ->78 Dkr. |

Central location with easy access. Bistro restaurant was very good and rooms were always kept clean. The room suffered from noise in the corridor at night. The advertised Grill Room Restaurant was not open during this and a previous stay. |

Two things I always look for in a hotel room, bathroom and bed cleanliness and for the Imperial they were both excellent. Although the hotel was large, I liked the privacy of the hotel layout and the friendliness of the hotel staff |

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family room had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The area, near the train station, is relatively charmless. |

The location is the best part of this hotel, with very short distance of the main train station and a number of subway stations. Walking distance to the centre and tivoli gardens as well. Room was a little small, but cant complain as we werent that often. |

The situation is quite convenient. Close to center and railway station. Very fast internet connection. The rate quality/price could be better. To have only a shower at the bathroom in a four star hotel is not enough. |
