Grande simpatia dos funcionários. A internet ser gratuita em todo o hotel (incluíndo o acesso à impressora) também é uma mais valia do hotel. A limpreza dos quartos podia ser melhor. Encontrámos um cotonete usado no WC quando chegámos ao hotel. |

Quarto remodelado recentemente bem como instalação sanitária, com bom gosto e sentido prático na utilização, quarto muito confortável. recomendaria uma actualização dos acessos aos quartos nos diferentes pisos bem como a actualização da imagem da entrada do hotel, seria de eliminar o estacionamento de viaturas junto a janelas de quartos no piso 1 já que a circulação é impossível de evitar. |

Hotel staff very helpful/friendly. Free internet in lobby. Close to Tivoli. Room was tiny. Picked for location but Copenhagen so small that nothing far away. Shop around for good rates over location. |

The location is its best feature. It's close enough to the centre (approx. 5/10 mins walk) but also quiet enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Most staff was downright rude. The bloke doing the check-in did not even care to say hello. The room was quite cold (as in not comfortable) but somehow I was put off from asking to get that fixed. |

The service was excellent and nothing too much trouble for the staff; better than in many hotels of this size. 1. There were too many light switches in the room and no central means of switching all the lights off when leaving the room. 2. Water from the shower went all over the floor; this is the same in many hotels where they have only a glass shower partition on the bath. Do hotel managers ever use their rooms to see what they are like? |

Friendly welcome, very nice staff, good breakfast. A typical business hotel with all necessary service. We got an unexpected upgrade to a Junior Suite because our room categrory was not available at our arrival. Huge bathroom! Although it was the Junior Suite the room was very loud (situated at the corner of the hotel towards a busy street). The sound insulation of the windows was not too good. |

Access to Copenhagen's sites Dont' believe we got the room we booked and that we got a lesser one (ie. cheaper) but still paid for 'other' one. The shower. TV facilities, should have satellite these days. 'Hot' food at breakfast was cold or soggy, 'soft' boiled eggs weren't. Witnessed a drug deal from bedroom window on the Tues night. |

The room was old but ok. We had a nice view over Copenhagen. When I booked the room it was informed that wireless internet was available on the whole hotel, however this was not the case - only limited to lobby and the first floors. When I discussed this with the hotel staff (I specifically selected this hotel cause of the wireless), I was told this was not their fault. They recommended me to use a wired connection, but they could not borrow me a cable :( |

I liked the location of the Hotel(close to the City Centre. Tivoli and railway station). Also the hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Yes there is.The room was small, no adequate space for two persons and their luggage.Also the bathroom was not spacious and the towels not very clean and of bad quality. |

At the check in when the receptionist learnt about my birthday that day I received free room upgrade. This was very nice human touch! Room was very modern and clean. |

If you want to be in the near of most important location of the Copenhagen, you must to stay in Imperial Hotel.Also the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and nice,the restaurant is ok, it is a very plesant location to visit Copenhagen. Note 10 for everything. |
