El trato del personal muy agradable y atento. La situacion, es muy centrico para visitar la ciudad y esta a 5 min de la estacion, perfecto para hacer salidas para visitar los alrededores!

La poca luz en las habitaciones y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, como minimo en nuestro caso era mucho mas antigua y no tan bonita/moderna como en las fotos; reservamos habitacion estandar con dos camas. Los baños bastante dejados... Recomendacion: pedir una habitacion que no de a la zona de tubos de ventilacion....

It was just perfect. The boutique hotel has an old feel to it. Which is just what I wanted in Copenhagen. It is close to everything in town and all the main attractions. The staff is very attentive and caring always smiling and greeting. The rooms are charming; While not ultra-luxurious they give a feel of belle époque residence. I would very highly recommend this hotel in Copenhagen.

It could get a bit warm; just open the window and you are fine.

The different corners in the hotel, the breakfast bar, the coffee corner and bike arrangement. Next time I ever come back to CHP I will certainly come back to this hotel. and I will try out the restaurant (I found out to late, otherwise I would have tried this out) and I would also love to rent one of the bikes.

I found the bathroom a bit small and not in the same line (athmosphere) as the rest of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect The design too,very cosy and the staff was pretty helpfull reguarding directions and advice

The beds were very comfortable and temperature in the room was ok. The location was very good.

the staff was not very friendly and I did not feel comfortable approaching them. There was a loud event in the lobby which was quite well heard in our room. The bathroom was somewhat lacking the niveau what I call clean. (limescales / dirt in the toilet, outdated hostel like designm discomfort feeling).

Peaceful hotel near by railway station and city center. Nice and cosy breakfast lounge and many-sided breakfast.

The cleaning of the bathroom for a 4star hotel could be better, ie walls had lots of stains.

Old world charm in about the most central location of Copenhagen - without being noisy. The buffet breakfast was excellent - but not what you would call typically Danish.

Not much, although I missed a bar on location - but the minibar was "stacked" with a couple of free beers - daily.

The double room was tiny! they just separated one double bed into two, we were scared to fall off at all times. The room was located next to the water pipes making it unbearably hot (we had to sleep with the windows open despite minus temperatures in Copenhagen and have the fan turned on) Furthermore it amplified a distinctive sewage smell from the bathroom.There was only one non-danish channel on TV, zero music channels and no CNN The mini-bar was included in the price but there was no in-room coffee or tea, one had to go get those downstairs. These were no snacks available either.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was almost good, but could be a little better for that type of hotels.

Not very comfortable location of bathroom and wardrobe in the room (in front of the bed).

We got a Deluxe room in the fifth floor with a view over the roofs and directly to the clock of the Town Hall - spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. Well, it was a bit more expensive than the standard double rooms, but it was absolutely worth it. The hotel is just a block away from Strøget and a short walk to the railwaystation - great location. The restaurant downstairs by the lobby "The Italian" offers really tasty food.

The breakfast was too expensive - 135 kr. Per person, so we chose not to have it. But there is a Seven Eleven just a block away where one can buy decent coffee and fresh croissants and enjoy them in the room.

The Hotel was very nice decor and food for Breakfast was very nice

The rooms were very hot. Even with no heating on in January when it was 0 Degrees outside. We opened the windows but as they opened into the courtyard there was still no air getting in the room. Also the beds were very soft so my friend found that it gave her a sore back.
