Een groot hotel van 160 kamers, waar men in de verschillende vleugels hier en daar een gast 'parkeert', of te wel: men gebruikt het hotel niet efficient. Als gast dwaalt men verloren door het grote gebouw met de vele ruimtes waar b.v. in de grote hal geen mens op een van de vele gemakkelijke stoelen en banken met kaarsverlichting zit. Er is een grote terras-kamer die, evenals het terras zelf leeg en afgesloten staat te staan. Jammer, dit zou bij zo weinig gasten een geweldige ontbijtzaal zijn. De schoonmaker is een student, maar dan nog moet een gast de vuile handdoeken die op de grond lagen, niet keurig uitgehangen op de haakjes terug vinden. Een gast wil schone handdoeken, een schoongemaakte wc, wastafel en douche. Wij waren hier omdat we iets zochten. Voor dat doel was dit hotel geen probleem. Maken wij vaak gebruik van een hotel? Ja, zo gemiddeld een 40 verschillende per jaar. wij vinden een hotel niet leuk als men zich 'verdwaald' voelt.
