Cancellation

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

A terrific place for a family. There is at least day or two's worth of stuff just to do at the resort before moving on to Legoland next store. The only problem we had was that we didn't have a car and the train that brings you to each section of housing stopped far away from our house so we had quite a walk. |

Clean, very family friendly, fantastic amenities, highly recommended, went with 3 children age 3,6,8 and they loved it. Some difficulties with the electronic bracelets for access to houses and legoland , expensive to eat ! |

Det var nogle utrolig flotte og velindrettet hytter. Badeland var total klasse og utrolig børnevenligt. En restaurant som i Lalandia Rødby hvor man kan få pizzabuffet. Det var dyrt at gå ud at spise og hvis man ikke lige er til Italiensk så var udvalget ikke så stort. |

Dejlige huse, rolige omgivelser, smart "armlænkesystem", flot og rent i selve resortet. Bedre skiltning når man ankommer i bil, vedr. henvendelse i information. Vi måtte spørge os frem, vedr.afhentning af "nøgler" og info pakken. Bedre skiltning i forb. med parkerings anlægget. (burde stå : "træk en billet" ved indkørsel til P-pladsen). Vi var mange biler som ikke "turde" køre ind på P-anlægget da vi intet vidste om adgangs forhold. Bedre info om at armbånd kan åbne huset og porte i området. |

Sommerhuset var af usædvanlig fin kvalitet, sammenlignet med andre tilsvarende danske resorts. Badeland var nyt, spændende men dog noget overfyldt |

La casa está genial, magníficas instalaciones, muy conforttable y limpieza. Rodeada de mucho verde, campo y tranquilidad, y con acceso ilimitado al parque de aquadome muy divertido e higiénico. la distancia de la casa al centro de ocio y recepción, aunque hay un trenecito gratuito, es insuficiente y no sale de la calle principal. Debería haber algunos carros a disposición para transportar el equipaje los que no vamos en coche. |

Lejede 2 6-mands huse og undrede mig over, at beregning af forbruget (miljøafgift) var uens i husene. Alt vandforbrug og det meste el-forbrug f.ex. lå i det ene hus, selvom vi mest opholdt os i det andet hus? Birkestien 58 og 60. |

nopea ja hyvä palvelu, kivasti järjestetty junakuljetus mökkialueelta keskukselle, paljon kivoja aktiviteetteja tarjolla, mukavat todella siistit ja viihtyisät mökit junakuljetuksia olisi voinut olla myöhempäänkin koska viimeinen meni jo yhdeksän jälkeen ja aktiviteetit keskuksella auki 22 tai jopa 23 asti |

Flotte utleiehus med alt en trenger under et opphold. Meget bra tilgjengelighet til alle severdigheter i distiktet. De bør ha noen mindre glass i leilighetene som er bedre egnet for små barn. Det hadde også vært fint med en liten grill. |

Vi bodde i en ny, flott og velutstyrt bolig for 6 personer. Rolig og skjermet, selv om boligene lå tett. Gåavstand til Legoland og kort vei til Løveparken. Flott senter med mange aktiviteter (bowling, badeland, spillehall, lekeland, hoppe i strikk) restauranter og butikker. Ungene på 8, 8 og 9 år stortrivdes :) Nei |

Fin, stilfull hytte. Kjekt sted, spesielt for barna. Et kiosk, liten butikk i nærheten av hytteområdet savnes..Vann i kjøleskapet ved ankomst. Sengetøy og håndklær burde vært på plass, vi hadde bestilt på forhånd. |

las casas son muy nuevas y tienen todo lo necesario para la estancia.perfectamente limpio el servicio de tren que pasa por las casas cada 40 minutos por lo que la gente acaba yendo caminando y son unos 20 minutos a la casa central o legoland |
