Scarsa attenzione x i clienti. Pur segnalando l'arrivo alle 22, ci è stata assegnata un'abitazione a + di 1 km di distanza dalla reception ed il servizio navetta era già terminato. A richiesta ci è stata sostituita con una a 300 mt. x la quale ci è stato fornito un pin x aprirla errato; non ci è stata fornita la biancheria richiesta (altri 300 mt + 300 mt.) x tornare alla reception. Alle 23.30 assicuro che non è piacevole. Il TV non funzionava. Al momento della partenza ci sono stati addebitati nr. 6 kit biancheria invece di nr.5 e, solo x evitare di perdere la giornata alla reception, abbiamo proposto una compensazione (85,00 DKK di un kit biancheria invece di 56 DKK x i consumi luce). Con + organizzazione sarebbe una location eccezionale.

Too many surprises with prices. at check out a surprise fee for heating, although no heating were used because of outside temp > 30°. Plus another charge of 409 DKK with no explanation.

Our main destination was Legoland and we wanted to have a place which was nearby. The cottage was very good with two bedrooms and a kitchen. It allowed us to have plenty of room and own peace during our stay.

Spacious room was fully equiped with home appliances and kitchen ware. No need to bring your own. Terrace was excellent.

It is more convenient to use your own car but you have to pay for the parking in front of Lalandia centre. The best way is to pay 100 DKK for the whole year if you stay more than 2 days.

We visited Legoland and the resort was an excellent place to stay with a family. A home-like residence and facilities after staying in small hotel rooms was luxury.

The bungalows were very well laid out. The rooms were decent and the living room was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The swimming complex was outstanding. It was a pity that we had only 2 days to spend there.

A terrific place for a family. There is at least day or two's worth of stuff just to do at the resort before moving on to Legoland next store.

The only problem we had was that we didn't have a car and the train that brings you to each section of housing stopped far away from our house so we had quite a walk.

We hadden niet verwacht dat het een soort "centerparcs" achtig idee zou zijn, met een subtropisch zwembad en allerhanden voorzieningen op het park. Het was wel geweldig om een keer mee te maken, alles bij de hand. Het was ook een vrij nieuw park, dus de huisjes zagen er perfect uit.

Het enige minpuntje was dat je moest betalen bij de receptie als je daar op het parkeerplein je auto neer wilde zetten. En dat je ervoor moest betalen met Legoland om de hoek vond ik ook geen probleem. Het enige was dat er iedere keer een rij van auto's voor de slagboom stond te wachten, zowel voor het park op als af te rijden.

L'appartement était confortable, fonctionnel et spacieux pour 4 personnes, voire luxueux.

Une suggestion : mettre à la disposition de la clientelle une salle disposant d'ordinateur(s).

Det var fantastiskt rent och lyxigt och villan var underbar. Det fanns mycket att göra i närheten av villan och bra att man fick använda Aquadome och Monky Tonkland gratis.

Det enda som var dåligt var att man inte kunde boka en extra natt om man ville utan det måste vara minst 2 nätter. Det kunde vara lite mer flexibelt för om kunden trivs och vill bo längre ska det inte hindras av administrativa regler när det finns tomma villor.
