Spacious bathroom, WI-Fi, location (corner of Stneosgade and Vesterbrogade, just across Victoriagade corner), just above footbaall bar "Social Bar", fridge in the room, nice view from bay windows. Kitchen 24 hours open for the guests with coffee maker, toaster, fridge and utensils bestek.
The location is very good. The hotel is nice, good value for the money.
+ toplocation to visit the city + across the street is a shop where you can get your breakfast and coffee. + 10 min walk from the centre (stroget, radhuset..)
In general, this hostel was very cozy, close to the city center, and had spacious rooms. we got our own bathroom so it was no problem. very helpful staff, and you can leave your bags after check-out.
Very weak Wifi signals in the rooms. No locks on Bathroom doors.
isn't hot water at moning
Reasonable price for the center of the city.
There was a smell of sewage throughout the hotel. Ew!
Location was good...
No wifi signal in the room...
Had a large room on main road side, no noise. It was clean and cheap.
WiFi is the one important thing, it wasn't working properly. Didn't like the shower very much as it had shower curtain, but for the price you can live with it.
friendly helpful staff there's a little kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and kettle fridge in the room baby cod availale
lots of noise from the street
1.Location 2.Communal Kitchen
1.Pricey 2.Extra charge on credit card
Wifi connection Fridge in rooms and kitchen area
No mirror in room , only bathroom sink mirror
Good budget hotel and close to the city center. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the room was nice and clean. There is a supermarket 2minutes walk down the road.
The rooms come with a fridge in but not tea/coffee making facilities, it is found in a communal kitchen on the first floor, however milk is not provided. No TV. The decor is very dated.
The gitel very old never renovared to modern standards. Dirty, old sheets and towels
The location was close to the main train station and three stops away from the airport. The receptionist was very helpful with directions. Guests can use a small kitchen for meals. There was a computer for use at the reception area. The hotel was within walking distance of Tivoli Gardens and the Town Hall.
We had to make our own beds. There were no toiletries besides soap. There was no television. It was somewhat noisy as you can hear your neighbors and street noise. The nearby church bells ring at 7 AM on Sunday.
The bed. We asked for a dubblebed and got a nice Little room with a on suite bathroom. Silent room, great windows. Nice with a refrigerator and a table and chairs to sit and chat at. Free coffee and tea, that we didn´t use. Location, Close to alot of things and all kind of stores and restaurant on the same road. Free Wi-Fi on the room.
In the bathroom was a very small Place to shower at and the drain-thing was a ventilation thing. It smelled smoke in the room. It was a bar on the floorlevel, maybe it came from the smokers that now a Days have to go out and smoke? They took our used towels but didn´t put any new ones back in the room. We had to ask for them. No paintings on the walls.
- easy to get around - convenient area with many restaurants and shopping
- Reception is on the 2nd floor - only 1 key provided per room - no parking in the area. You will need to pay for every hour
Great location, large room, bathroom was very clean and a good size. The hotel is on a main street, however, was quiet overnight. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor to make coffee, etc. a grocery store is across the street.
We have stayed here four times and like the location and friendly staff. The kitchen with coffee provided is very popular with us! Rooms are always very clean.
We had 2 large rooms with 5 beds, with a door between them, great for a group. Beds were very comfortable (although pillows weren't great, they were OK). Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location could not have been better, ~3mins walk to the train station. Bathroom was small but perfectly functional and cleaned every day, with clean towels for everyone too. Wifi available for free.
Wifi signal could have been stronger. Recommend earplugs due to church bells, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean .
Not a free breakfast include .
The position is good. The young girl at the reception was very kind.
Even if you take the lift, you have some stairs. Each time you have a shower, you run the risk of making a flood. The curtains were dirty. Anyway the worst aspect is the rudeness of the owner: I was at the reception when I heard him accusing one of my friend with six suitcases and our child of blocking the lift. When I got there he told us very offensive and rude words which I avoid writing here. I had an argument with him but it was useless. I think that if you run a hotel, you cannot treat your guests in this way!
Relatively cheap, and close to the mainstation. Friendly personnel.
Very small room. Refrigerator in the room was pretty loud at night. I had to put the linens on my bed by myself! Even in a low cost hotel I would expect that the bed is prepared! Come on, 65€ a person (without breakfast) is not THAT cheap!
price / quality very good good bed
* room on the front is a bit noisy due to the street * shower water goes all over the bathroom * noisy fridge
the room was actually spacy, the stuff was helpfull and the wi-fi was perfect
for 2-3 nights everything is perfect,no disadvantages!!
Having a common kitchen especially for having our own breakfast in an expensive city like Copenhagen is really nice.
The staff wouldn't allow us to print our tickets at the reception. I believe these petty favors could be made which could have made the experience more nicer...
