Reasonable cost, clean, comfortable and good location. Free WiFi

WiFi can be a bit variable

- good location - clean hotel - coffee and tea available all the time at the cafeteria

- Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but clearly had smoking smell exisiting

The room was comfortable although a bit small the lift was ok but again a bit small for 2 people with suitcases

I hated the breakfast room with the tv channel set on news when I asked if this could be changed (as I didn't want to see pictures of terrorist attacks etc at breakfast) I was told it couldn't be changed highly unsatisfactory Also the left luggage area is totally unacceptable for a hotel charging this money it is in the breakfast room where the coats go and although there is a security camera anyone could take the luggage out of the hotel Very inflexible when requested a "late " check out at 1pm was told 12 midday was the latest (this is normal check out in most hotels) Also 1 member of staff was very grumpy and unhelpful but other staff great.(lucky dip) -breakfast boring -in summary for what you get -this hotel is too expensive

Great location. Quiet street. Metro station (direct line to airport), Nyhavn, and other major sights within 5-10 min. Frendly staff. Good solid breakfast.

A single-room is small and very ascetic and spartan.

Location, very central and near the lovely Nyhaven area - could walk most places. Great value for money, good breakfast to keep me going, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Neat, well-designed, no-frills, quiet, friendly, and in a terrific location. It had all I needed, including free Wifi.

Free WiFi was a vey nice bonus,Good variety for Breakfast,The best thing was Free Coffee and Tea available 24 hours a day (very few hotels do this,well done for providing that extra service).Another good thing was you could adjust the temperature yourself in the room.

Only negative was only 10 Channels on the tv in the room and no sound on the CNN channel,minor fault everything else was excellent!

Location

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. One of them was especially efficient at getting a problem with the Internet provider resolved, even though it on a Saturday evening. Location is extremely convenient to Nyhavn and other historic parts of the city. Coffee and tea round the clock was nice.

Bathroom, while large for a single room, had old fixtures, wasn't well configured (no rack for the hand towel) and wasn't especially clean (I realized too late that the water glass was dirty). Breakfast area was very dirty; in 3 mornings I never saw anyone wipe the placemats, so guests had to eat in others' crumbs and dirt. We bussed our own dishes, and dirty ones stacked up at a large open window where you could see through to the (idle) dishwasher area. Kitchen staff also looked very sloppy themselves.

Staff was excellent, location perfect Room and breakfast were OK.

the breakfast was basic but nice apart from the scrambled egg which seemed to have flour or or something similar in it, weird taste.

Walk-in bathroon. Whole floor gets wet! Room furniture could have been cleaner.

The staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. The rooms were also comfortable and even though on a street not noisy. The beds were very comfortable. The room was simple as was the bathroom but clean and tidy.
