The smallest room I have ever experienced in a hotel
Good location near Nyhavn with nearby bus stop (11A) to central station. The breakfast that's included has a decent selection.
Bathroom was kinda basic and water flooded everywhere as the water ran from the short shower curtain. Quite noisy. Could hear people on the street in early hours of the morning.
everything from the very friendly and helpful staff to the location added bonus was the breakfast where there was something for everyone and the 24 hour coffee
bathroom could have been cleaner but didn't spoil our stay
Helpful staff Great breakfast Quite room Comfortable bed
No Tea/Coffee in room
Good breakfast Clean
Small Rooms Little overpriced
Breakfast was good, nice bread
room was very small, bed too small for two persons, only one of us could open suitcase, not enough space in the room for both of us to get something out of the suitcase the same time.
Staff indifferent Hotel in need of renovation Bathrooms very poor standard
very nice, near the city center and generous breakfast and very friendly staff
Location. Staff were helpful. Clean & comfortable bed (I had a queen Size bed for myself). acceptable breakfast.
Not the best lobby and view, but practical. Not a busy street, but if the window is open it can get a bit noisy sometime in weekend by pedestrians and passing cars). Not the best TV channels available in case you like watching TV. The furniture is simple and clean, but is not new. During the breakfast buffet, the restaurant gets too crowded and (around 9 am).
Good location, good breakfast. Good WiFi
Small rooms, small breakfast room, no parking.
Great location: 3 minutes walk to Nyhavn with lots of bars and restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the Little Mermaid stature. 5 minutes walk to a stop of a Metro line connected to the airport. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Internet was working without problems.
Rooms quite small with very basic furniture. The road is quite noisy at night, also with noisy waste collecting vehicles early in the morning.
Closeness to everything , the breakfast is amazing could not fault one of the very best I tasted
Staff needs to smile on the job
position. in the heart of the city
noisy rooms, unpleasant waiters at the breakfast, poor breakfast. really expensive, although it is usual in Copenaghen, no parking. no way to access to wifi. the high season period doesn't help positive notes on this kind of hotels...
Easy access to major attractions
There were spiders in the room
Very good location
There was no wi fi and the hotel bordered on seedy. I would not book there again nor recommend it to anyone else.
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and good breakfasts. Location very good - short walk to metro & Nyhaven. Would stay again.
10 min walk from metro station. 5 min walk to Nyhaven area. Fast efficient check-in. Breakfast was good. Nice 100% cotton sheets unlike many upscale Danish hotels which use cotton/polyester combinations.
Small room, no place for a suitcase. Old building with poor noise insulation. Street noise no problem. Could hear steps from upper floor and corridor. Very small shower area, water did not drain very well, so bathroom flooded when showering. Pillow has seen better days. Desk lamp was broken.
Wifi didn't work Rooms didn't smell good particularly the shower room Was far too warm, esp overnight, and there was no aircon. Some rooms are VERY small
staff were helpful and friendly breakfast was simple but plentiful our room was quiet and had a view [of the courtyard and a nice tree] which I had requested lovely to be near harbour and Nyhavn quiet area, near bus and metro
very small room and bed very little storage no air conditioning [there during a hot spell] the extraction fan in bathroom not working despite mentioning it twice
very tiny room - wifi is shocking
breakfast was perfect. location superb. staff kind and nice.
the hotel is great, everything was fine. however keep in mind that Copenhagen is ridiculously expensive! 50 Kr for 0,33l beer, 40 kr for 0,33l Coke, 50 Kr for a waffle, or icecream, 1 Margarita pizza starts from 100 Kr, a hot dog on the street 26 Kr. ridiculous. but the city is truly beautiful.
Friendly staff. Great location. Good Breakfast. Reasonably priced (for Copenhagen).
Tiny room, felt like I was a student back in college. Not a hotel to spend much time, but don't be out off by this.
No wifi, only hot spot, which was useless - wasn't even able to sent an email. A room looked like dormitory. Couldn't watch TV from bed. Very hot in the room, but if we open a window is too noisy. Breakfast room always full, had to wait every morning.
