I like most the breakfest and calm location. It is close to Nyhavn and to Christianshavn, where is lack of hotels, for business purpose in this place it is fine solution. Staff was nice.

I didn't like the bathroom but it was clean and sufficient. The bed was too soft for me and the view to the courtyard and to another windows from different hotel was not so comfortable.

Everything was basic but ok and location wass perfect and the atmosphere friendly and restfull. Fine for a short stay in town.

Shower with curtain which results in a wet bathroomfloor.

Good value for money. Breakfast is better than one can expect at a three star hotel. Room is small and not terribly clean. Excellent location within a walking distance to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bath supplies a little modest. No tea-making facilities.

The hotel has a good location, friendly staff. Free tee and coffee 24 hours a day.

Too small double room. The bed is too narrow.

We thought the location was great. 5 mins from Nyhavn, 10mins from Stroget street. 20-25Mins to Tivoli. I wouldn't change our choice of hotel or location. We thought its location was ideal. Breakfast was good I thought. Cornflakes, muesli type,s. ham, bread, warm sausages, scrambled egg. Choice of juices. The room was quiet, facing in to a rear/side courtyard. Free wifi was a bonus.

The rooms were small compared to what I'd normally expect. However, on the basis of the reviews of this and other hotels, it seems small rooms are a standard everywhere in Copenhagen. I wasn't exactly shocked. The rooms were big enough to sleep in, but you wouldn't want to spend a day in them. I booked a triple, but the third bed was a fold-out bed that folded in two and had been carried in. I did expect a proper third bed if I'm honest, but my stepson seemed to sleep ok.

Smple, clean, friendly, warm and close to the harbour and centre. Lovely staff,every thing there.

Everything was great! Staff is excellent, clean rooms! Breakfast are repetitive but very tasty.Perfect location.

Overall good value hotel. In a city where hotels are costly, this hotel provided a good balance of cost against accomodation. The double room size was small, as was the room, but it was clean and presented reasonably well. Also, the breakfast that was included with our booking was a very nice buffet. The room was quiet and warm, once we had adjusted the heater setting. We were pleased overall, knowing that the cost of the night was comparitively reasonable.
