Staff cordiale, posizione molto conveniente, camere pulite, forse un po' costose rispetto al livello di servizio (per quanto il prezzo sia tutto sommato allineato a quelli già esorbitanti della Danimarca). Ottima l'apertura della sala della colazione anche nele ore notturne, magari per un tè in compagnia davanti alla tv.

Il voto "buono" alla voce "comfort" è per via di un materasso troppo morbido.

L'ubicazione in centro città. Favorisce lo spostamento a piedi.

Avevamo riservazo una stanza matrimoniale con letti separati. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza con letto matrimoniale piccolo e scomodo. Mancano armadi per deporre la biancheria (camicie, giacche, pantaloni, scarpe, valigie).

L'albergo ha un apsetto molto accogliente dall'sterno e di certo lo staff si e' rivelato molto ospitale e gentile.Purtroppo le stanze sono alquante scarse e molto piccole, e anche la pulizia dei bagni lascia a desiderare.Non lo consiglierei per chi e' alla ricerca di un soggiorno economico e amabile perche' il rapporto qualita'-prezzo lascia a desiderare.

This hotle was amazing, the staf was friendly and helpful the location was great. You felt very comfortable here and having the tea, coffee and water avaiable all day was such a bonus. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen it is centrally located and very easy to get to main sights, such as Nyhaven and City Hall Square

The cleaning of the room was not the best, the room was clean but they left the dirty glasses and the room was very warm,

Bad attitudes of front desk staff. Booked one room for 3 nights one month in advance, requesting explicitly ‘no ground floor’ on the booking requirement. They gave us a ground floor unit (only 3 units on ground floor in the whole hotel) facing rubbish bin in the court yard. The front desk staff also insisted on us paying all 3 night fees first, saying it’s the hotel’s policy and a general practice by majority of hotel all over the world. When we questioned about their practice and asked to change to another room, he was very impetiant and finally banged the front desk. Though they changed room for us on the 2nd day, it’s a very bad experience for us. Poor breakfast, not much choice and they give you very small plates which are just slightly bigger than those small plates for coffee cups. In addition, they set up the tables for buffet breakfast at a small corner. Guests have to queue up often to take a bit more food (with small plates you have to queue multiple times). Bath towels are old and almost worn out. Curtain for the shower corner in the bath room is too short to stop the water run into the bath room floor.

Good location, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. A great budget hotel for visiting the city or an overnight stay. Kongens Nytorv Metro is about 8 minutes walk away, Nyhavn about the same. You can also catch the water taxi to the Little Mermaid, or about 25 minute walk away. Internet is also great.

Shower curtain instead of box, so you catch a draft during the shower, but that's about it! Not much else to say as a negative

Fantastic location.

The room felt dirty. The sheets seemed unchanged. The shower and the toilet are on the same floor in the same room (not separated by anything) and are just barely separated by a curtain and water goes everywhere.

Don't take a room next to the elevators, extremely noisy

Very helpfull staff, complimentary tea & coffee, location. Breakfast was only a few choices, but plenty.

Nothing that really would matter. The room was small but only used to sleep. There is no division between shower and rest of the toilett, making it very wet every time.
