Close proximity to main sites of interest. Hop on hop off sightseeing bus stops outside hotel, very convenient. Also canal boat stops at hotel. No tomato juice at breakfast! |

Excellent attitude of all hotel staff. Lots of space everywhere. Silent room with good facilities. Could not think of anything. |

We chose the Marriott Hotel because their facilities provided rooms that sleep up to 4 people for the published rate. We had a family group of 8 so this option was very inviting to us and resulted in a reasonable rate with absolutely fabulous accommodations. The location of this hotel is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the train station and Tivoli and also situated alongside the canal. |

The location of the hotel is great. A guest can access the canaltour ferry right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. |

Rooms were very comfortable, quite large for European standards and we had a lovely view of the river. While on our stay, a "high level" UN guest was arriving and all the guests were greatly inconvenienced as we were prevented from bringing our car to the front to load it and had to carry our suitcases down a set of stairs onto the street. |

Great room and front desk. Service in restaurant and bar were spotty at best. I think it may stem from the tip being automatically added to the bill. Very long waits for things order off the menu instead of the buffet. |

The water view, the comfort, the quietness The hotel staff wasn't friendly nor helpful when I checked in, it took 5 minutes although there was no queue, and I couldn't get any practical information about the installations, the connections, the city tours,...etc. |

very good massage. The distance from the city center was acceptable. Comfortable rooms. I think that spa & swimming pool are necessary in a 5* hotel. |

The location of this hotel, the weekend rate and the stay environment are great for travelling families and groups. The changes we did by the booking .com did not reply to the hotel system, and any changes informed to the hotel counter staffs did not be updated and recorded in the system, which took our precious time to repeat what we asked before again and again. The hotel counter staffs and the system definitely need prompt improvemnt to make a efficient connection. |

marvellous view from waterfront room, especially room 926 Please be informed that the link with the canalbus starts from 21 May. Before this date you have to walk for 10 -15 minutes to the centre of Copenhagen. |

well the rooms were very clean and comfortable... and its very central so make it easy to move around.. well i didnt like the fact that i made a request for a room and didnt get my request especially that it was made in good time. and also that i didnt get the exact room which i paid for,,,, |

The room was adequate for our needs and was well prepared each day. It was also reasonably quiet. Copenhagen is expensive; The hotel was very expensive; Everything in the hotel costs extra (such as Internet access). The only free thing was coffee in the lobby but you missed that if you blinked. The location would have been OK if we could have looked out over the river (but that would have been a 20% price increase - I asked). |
