Location and view
Staff attention specially at the reception
The location of the hotel, the fitness center, the dinner restaurant is very nice
Everything is pretty average.
Price is too high in relation to offered comfort. Free wifi only in lobby which was filled up with cruise-people staying here for one or two nights.
Clean and comfortable will go back again and thank you to the staff
Staff was helpful, very close to tivoli gardens. About 7-8 mins from central stn and high street. Overall good experience.
- Breakfast exceeded expectations - Recently refurbished - Large windows
- Pricey - Slow check-in - A bit of a walk from city center - No in-room free Wi-Fi
The staff were good Location is good (Walking: 15 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to the train station) view clean
no slippers no wifi in the room
Locaition and food are good
Service was bad , when I arrived hotel from long road trip they told me we dont have parking for your car find parking for your self , no one help me with my luggage and internet service not free
Everything! We got a room with a fantastic view over the canal. Highly recommended!
1st rate facilities
2nd rate room cleaning service
I love the location, it is amazing, and the see view room is stunning.
The only think that is a disadvantage is the Launch for breakfast in the 11th floor. The place is very small and some times it gets crowded and you wouldn't be able to find a table to set
The clean services not very good
Service, breakfast, room
The Location is fantastic, there is parking within the property, and there is a lovely well architect walk way on the canal facing the hotel where a lot of locals come to swim and exercise The staff are all nice and full of joy all the time!! and the concierge are really helpful in particular Mr. Johnas.
1- The 4 pm check in rule. It should be 3 pm. 2- Wifi is not Free!!
This is a 3 star hotel at best No bed change Terrible bathroom Arrogant concierge staff
Stuffs are very nice!
The pillows are really uncomfortable
1) the location was good 2) the staff were friendly 3) the lobby was excellent
1) they should provide Wi Fi in all rooms free of charge 2) the Resturant closed very early and no where to go as the City also closes by 10.30 for food 3) the cleaning of the room and toilet was not done properly and dust accumulated in the room The hygiene standard are zero cleaning was superficial just change if towel
Location, views, service, breakfast, large spaces and rooms etc etc etc.
polite and friendly staff - clean - quiet- safe - above all : AC!! No additional expenses for a bed for our daughter.
Quite an additional fee for room because of view..!? this only because of availability of room with early checkin in the morning. Otherwise we would have gone through procedure of keeping luggage at concierge etc etc.. Paying for internet is from the past!
The hotel was easy to find and reach without having to get to the center of the city. It has a very nice pattio on the side of the lake.
Relatively far away ftom the center of the city and places of activity. Bathrooms are in need of upgrade.
Clean upmarket hotel. Awesome location next to river. Facilities are second to none. Pleasant ambiance to hotel.
View from the room. Restaurant.
Airco not working properly. Pillows smelled of tobacco (non smoking hotel ?) Matrass very lumpy (not comfortable). Info we had from the concierge was not correct. Breakfast very chaotic.
Location good, on the canal and near the centre. Bike hire.
Concierge always on a break. Main grill rubbish so best to eat out.
We liked the size of the room which you don't usually get in Europe. The Hop on Bus being right outside the hotel was a positive and we used that over the two days. The restaurant was very good and we had a nice meal there and the breakfast was great. Being on water was a bonus and we enjoyed having a drink outside with views of the water and all the locals having fun in the water.
Our room didn't have a very good view being on the city side. We overlooked a car park on the other side of the road.
I got a much better rate on the day by sitting in reception and booking through Booking.com
The hotel showed us a room, and then decided we couldn't book it after all. But that's where Booking.com came to the rescue,....
