The relaxed nature of the Hotel. Easy connection to the airport. beautiful waterfront
All of it a great city
Staff were very helpful
No free in-room wifi in 2015?
Pretty much the whole lot.
Should have free wi fi in the rooms and a pool.
Staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and all spoke great English. Room was spacious and spotless.
Out with anyone's control but we had very cold wet weather throughout our trip. The hotel was a 10 walk from the city centre so we didn't manage to get out if our winter woollies!!
Very kind Staff , comfortable bed and large room, good breakfast
No free wifi in the room
The breakfast was huge and wonderful; room was large and spacious as well as quiet; hotel overlooks the river although we did not get a room with a view. Good location, not far from the airport/main train station.
I'm a Marriott rewards member and I usually receive free wifi, but because I booked through booking.com, Marriott charged me for the wifi.
My meal of Danish grass-fed beef in the restaurant downstairs was excellent. The accommodations were spacious and light. Elevators were quick. The lobby had a nice gathering area.
Not much character to this hotel - could have been in Omaha as easily as Copenhagen. WiFi was not free. Location required a 10-minute walk to historic areas - it's set in a pretty modern place - first have to cross a multi-lane busy road to get to attractions.
The bed was so comfortable and the room was lovely, very clean. Asked the girl at the desk to arrange last minute birthday gift for my boyfriend there and she made a great effort.
Wifi wasn't complimentary which we found unusual for a hotel of this standard.
Having to pay for the wifi in the room.
Check in was great, the lady who checked us in(who´s name i did not quite catch) was incredibly welcoming and we could take her as a friend not a grumpy worker who is just doing their job. We even got a room upgrade. Full 5 star service. Everything(except painkillers) we wanted we could get. The concierge was a superstar !!! When we waited out in the cold for a taxi he came right out and asked if we were waiting for one(after i´ve asked reception twice about cabs). That´s right, everything was a push of a button away on the telephone("At your service"). The view was amazing! And our check out could not be more pleasant. Mr. André Mendez is a superstar. Perfect check out time since breakfast ends at 11 so you have another hour to go and relax and pack in your room. Also breakfast was good. The massage was great ! ! ! 100% Recommend Hotel Marriott Copenhagen to everyone!!!
No painkillers in the hotel...
All of it
The hotel itself is obviously, as expected very nice. It's close to water with a nice view, also from the rooms if you pay a bit more. And if you're on the other side, you might be lucky to see fireworks from Tivoli. The breakfast had very good variety and everything was very fresh.
The location isn't the best. It's about 1km walking distance to the main train station. WiFi in the rooms is rather expensive. Speed is ok though.
Nice location with good views of the harbour. Staff very helpful.
Didn't make us aware of the free wifi and the food was a little expensive
Booked a room with free cancelation( pay on departure) my problem with this method is the room was charged at check out while our card also had a preauthorisation room rate taken with an additional 500 krone for extra chargers. Now we have to wait up to 5 days for access to our money as it was booked on a visa debit.
Bad comportment and there was a bomb
I liked the location of the hotel
I did not like the fact that during my stay there was an emergency situation due to which the hotel evacuated everyone to the basement for the whole night. It was actually their fault and they did not even compensate that as a complement night for free.
the wifi is too slow
The room was very nice, good lighting in the room and it was very quiet. I liked very much the big windows. It was the best hotel I visited in the last 1 1/2 year in Copenhagen worth the price.
The bathroom could be a bit more modern with a shower and not a bathtub. The pressure of the water was not very good in the 7th floor and the drains smell a bit.
Good price. Excellent breakfast Good family room
No free wifi in rooms. 10-15 min walk from centre.
Clean, attractive, good value
Lots of airline staff coming and going
Staff were lovely
No free wifi so will never stay again. Restaurant expensive.
I requested for an upgrade to a room with a view of the harbour as it was a special occasion and it was gladly agreed by the staff.
Location was slightly away from the main attractions.
We arrived at the hotel (much) earlier than the check-in time, actually at around 11am while check-in starts at 4pm. The Lady at the desk checked anyway if there was a room ready ans therefore available for us, which was the case in fact. The hotel is very close to the city centre, the central station (where you can get the train to/from the Airport) and Tivoli gardens (10mins walk), breakfast is great, and WiFi available in the Lobby is good: we didn't try it in our room since it is quite expensive (20€/day) Also, since we were celebrating our Anniversary there which the staff knew, we found a kind surprise in our room and a greeting card signed by the front-desk mgr which we really appreciated very much.
WiFi is too expensive if you want to use it in your room. On the other hand, you can use the WiFi available in the lobby, which works very well.
