Copenhagen Marriott Hotel

Overall the hotel was well placed by the water and central to the city. The rooms were spacious with good views of the water

The room was noisy and very expensive. Everything was charged for at exhorbitant prices even for Copenhagen. The staff were patchy in terms of training and overall I would not regard it as a five star hotel.

I expected more service in a 5-star hotel.

It's a top-class hotel, recommended for anyone who doesn't want to deal with poor stay conditions.

It's quite far from the nearest train station. It doesn't really have rooms for 1 person, only doubles, so if you travel alone the stay will be expensive.

Large rooms and good beds

The employee in the reception where unexperienced and use to long time to serve the guest. We also had problem in the bathroom which took several hours to fix and no compensation where offered.

Its location is great, right next to Tivoli and city center. Furthermore, if you rent a room with a canal view, you can stay all day in watching it.

Very, very expensive.... Everything was chargeable, not even a free bottle of water. And believe me, 7 euros for a bottle of water is expensive, even for Copenhagen Marriot.

We liked the quietness of our room. After being on a Cruise ship prior to our stay, it was nice to just sleep in a room with no external noises. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very helpful during our stay.

The hotel should offer an Airport shuttle service.

Would have appreciated more info on public transit assistance rather than being directed to taxis which are extremely expensive in Copenhagen.

After the check in I revisited the reception 4 times-waiting 20 minutes in the queue each time-asking if the room was ready.The last time in the reception I was waiting one hour -at 6 o'clock in the afternoon-because there was no non-smoking room and only double bed room instead of two beds room I had asked.Finally I got the right room at 7 o'clock but I was exhausted.I Stayed 4 days they charged my credit card 5 breakfast!!!!!!!!!
