Spaceious rooms expensive breakfast fee, the room did cost a lot in the first place. nothing extra included, and when something was extra was wanted it did cost a fortune, shame on you!! The ice was free, wow! |

Nice hotel with clean rooms Location is not good if you want to easily access Nyhavn area / other parts of old downtown. There is nothing right around the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to restaurants (normally not a problem but it can be cold and if you are traveling with kids, it isn't so good). It is a great location for Tivoli though. |

The location, cleanliness The reception staff are extreemely slow and inefficient, not very courteous either. It is the same with the Marriot in Edinburgh. Iam sorry to say this has given me a very poor inpression of the chain |

The views of the room at the Sea Side are gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. On sunday there was a queue for breakfast. We had to wait for 5-10 minutes to get a table. Despite the queue, the times for breakfast were not changed and staff started to take out the food at 11.00 sharp. A bit slow service at checking out too. |
