Very good beds and linnet. Quiet - no noise from street in night.

Expensive. Location 15 minutes walking from city centre.

below you ask if i can recommend copenhagen and my answer is yes but i will not recommend the hotel

Nothing not to like

breakfast was very good, room was big enough even for 4 of us

one of the reception staff was very grumpy, she had a name tag supervisor and a slavic name. i was very much surprised that a supervisor can afford to be like that. i cannot really say that she was rude but she made sure i felt very bad asking few questions and one could clearly see she was on the bad mood. not acceptable in my opinion.

The breakfast choice was amazing and the buffet was available until eleven am. I don't like staying in hotels where breakfast stops being served early. Staff coped very well with the huge number of guests and food was continuously replenished when I requested more fruit and brown rolls

We managed to move the cot into the bathroom so that we could watch tv once our daughter had gone to bed. The photos on the website gave the impression of a slightly larger room

The Marriot is in a perfect location in Copenhagen. The breakfast is as good as always.

The general service of the Marriot hotel in Denmark is much lower than it usually is around the world. Also the staff does not keep up with the usual high standard of other Marriot hotels. My room was not clean on arrival and the television was not working.

Very good location (near to the main station and close to the center), helpful staff, nice architecture, an awesome view to the canal, spacious and comfort room with a nice bed. And if you are travelling to leisure like us, there is a stop of the Sightseeing Hop and Hoff just in front of the hotel. I had a really great stay there! It´s a very good value for money, an excellent hotel and I would definately stay there again.

The wi-fi in the room was very expensive and there were free wi-fi just in the lobby. The breakfast were also expensive and it was not possible to use the space of the minibar of the room (to store things so you can have breakfast), because it were full of drinks and you can´t move anything from it place for more than 20 seconds because they will charge you. Fortunately this happened but the hotel didn´t charge us. And other point it was that nobody helped us with the luggage (and it was a lot of luggage: seven).

the only restaurant was a bit pricey for a family of four.

This hotel was nice and it was not so far away from the shopping street "Strøget". It´s also very close to Tivoli. This hotel is built just beside the water so there are rooms with beautiful views. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the water and the breakfast is tasty. There is a gym in the basement and it´s free to use for hotel guests. It is also possible to get massage and spa treatments but that is not for free. I like this hotel, it was nice.

This hotel has Wi-Fi but it´s a little bit expansive to use. I also think that a hotel of this class should have a indoor pool area, but you can´t get everything :) I´m content anyway, this is a nice hotel.

Extremely helpful staff. always pleasant. beautiful food but rather expensive. Hotel was easy to find but not as close to everything for my mum who doesn't walk much.

Internet 22 eur per day

1. Central Location 2. Affordability of the rooms - we paid about 200 USD per night, excluding breakfast and WIFI.

1. Marriott cph did not feel like a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately it failed our expectations as there were no bathrobes, room slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush provided - basic things that should have been there for a 5-star. Only thing we can say is that the bed was comfortable and the shower facility was not bad. 2. Take note that the description of the facilities was slightly misleading. WiFi is NOT available in all areas, only at the lobby. So if you wanted to check out the weather/transport/places of interest online you'll have to to go downstairs which was slightly inconvenient. It costs DKK 150 per day if you need access in your room. 3. Breakfast is slightly costly so we did not take this option. Your DKK would be better spent on fantastic danish pastries at cafes around the vicinity of the central station.

The location is good.

We dislike that even when we prepay the room we still have to give a credit card for extras. We live in Russia and our credit card blocking is only returned after one month. The worst is when a five star hotel expects their guests - who already have paid at checking in - that they will steal. The desk manager told us clearly that "they don't have personnel to check all guests" and therefore must demand credit card guarantee - because "imagine if there was no guarantee and everybody could take themselves". I don't like to be taken for a thief. So I will not stay in the hotel again.

Closeness to Station and easy walk into city centre. Taxis available outside if needed. Comfortable warm rooms - beds very comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff especially in the restaurant for evening meal. All the staff speak excellent English as do all the Danes which puts us all to shame!!

I would have liked a room with a view over the river - this option may not have been open to me as I booked through booking.com Would have liked free internet access in bedroom but this was available / free in the lounge area.
