la situation à proximité de la gare centrale (1/4h de l'aéroport), la proximité de sites intéressants, (hôte de ville, musée national, jardins TIvoli, Vestrerbro....) petit déjuner correct mais plutôt cher ! 99 Kr par personne. |

Bien placé près de la gare central station Pas de mini bar dans la chambre, pas de room service, internet payant, pas de "produits de beauté" genre lait corporel (uniquement un distributeur de savon collé au mur). La chambre sur laquelle je suis tombée ne sentait pas bon. Comme je suis arrivée tard le soir je n'ai pas eu le courage de demander à changer. En temps normal je n'aurais pas hésité une seule seconde |

It was only 2 nights. No proper cleaning in the room. Internet on the computer in the hall didn't work. No mini-bar. All you could in the room were plastic glasses. Breakfast (no included in the room rate) was worst of all I ever had: no cups for coffee and tea, crowds of people who wandered along the tables looking for something to eat, sheets of paper on the table over the tablecloth, dirty plates... |

Close to centre of the city. Staff friendly. Heating failed in our first room. We were uograded which was nice but the drainage systen in the bathroom backed up every time we had a shower. No big deal but the cleaning staff must have realised the problem was there, same with the heating in the first room? Breakfast was not included in the room rate which it should have been for the price. |

In two words: Stay away. Details: dirty rooms, many furniture pieces missing altogether, frozen rooms (we did change one room because of that but no improvement) in December |
