Copenhagen Star Hotel

The staff was nice and helpful.

The window in my room was broken, the tube and shower were also broken. Although I complained they didn't fix it. If I wanted to take a shower the whole bathroom was flooded.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance (maximum one half hour) of all attractions. The clerks were very helpful, friendly and respectful. The room was of adequate size, comfortably furnished and very clean. Lockable safes are available in the lobby. Although on a very busy street, with the windows closed it was remarkably quiet. Given that Copenhagen is painfully expensive, this hotel was a very good value.

To expensive for the services and the miss quality of the hotel. Very ageing hotel. The floors in showers had some mold. Beds and especially matelats gave us a horrible back pain. The buffet breakfast has no interest... Les prestations de l'hôtel ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix. Hôtel très vieillissant. Les joins de carreaux dans les douches avaient de la moisissure. Les lits et surtout les matelats nous ont donné un mal de dos horrible. Le petit déjeuner buffet n'a aucun intérêt.

The proximity to Centraal Station.

The location is excellent right next to the train station and the heart of the city. Very clean hotel nice buffet for breakfast. Very good hotel

I can say the shower in our family room was too small very small space but the room was nice

Located between railway station and red light district. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very hard working and breakfast was good quality with plenty of variety.

Very hot and the room was not air conditioned, but if we opened the window the room filled with cigaret smoke from the courtyard. Not bad for a non-smoking hotel! If the window opened onto the street there would have been noise as well as cigaret smoke.

Excellent position near central station.

Breakfast was great. Location great. Front desk clerk very professional. Clean and safe.

Helpful receprtion staff. Early breakfast handy for an early start and the hotel is very convenient for the station.

It was basically a motel 6 at twice the price. With no air conditioning you either had to suffocate with the windows closed or endure the street noise with the windows opened.
