Excellent value for money. This hotel is really well located 100m or less from the Central train station, very near Tivoli amusement park, city hall and start of the pedestrian shopping street Stroget. This was our second weekend city break at this Copenhagen hotel and we were once again very pleased with the hotel and our room. We easily accessed free WiFi on our iPhones, both from inside our top floor room and throughout the hotel without problem. High speed internet is also available for free on the lobby computer. The breakfast buffet was good by European standards and was excellent value for less cost than we would have had to pay in any nearby bakery just for coffee and a pastry. The breakfast staff really hustled to ensure that the buffet was always stocked and the tables cleared. Having paid in advance at Booking.com we were not charged an additional credit card fee by the hotel. Signs at the reception desk indicate that a 31 dkk fee is charged by the hotel for credit card payments. This would have been an unwelcome surprise had we planned to pay on arrival. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and would stay there again ourselves.

The mattresses are quite soft, so might be uncomfortable for someone with a bad back.

We arrived via cruise ship and they let us check in by 9am.

It has an excellent location near the central train station. The size of the room was quite large for European standards. Also, the breakfast is quite good.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom (like sulfur), but this is likely a problem with the city water/sewer system and not necessarily the hotel.

The bathrom needs a upgrate

Its not like a hotel, its more like a youth hostel, especially at breakfast, there is absolut no service and no variety, for example there is no hot chocolate. In the bathroom, the shower is very low, nearly no water is running out of the shower. The location is very asocial and dirty. The internet was not available at our room, only at the lobby.

Good location just outside the back entrance of the central station (although pretty close to a creepy "red light" street).nice breakfast.

The sewage in the bathroom smelled very badly making the bathroom very difficult to use. The carpet had a weird red stain.i know Copenhagen hotels are expensive but I still feel that I paid double than it deserves.

Buffet breakfast quite varied and good!

Drain in shower apparently not adequate--half bathroom floor got wet from overflow. No bathmat either.

The facility of the bathroom is too old. They don't proved the free hot water to drink coffee.

Location perfect for Station, ease of access to city and train to airport.

The hotel was very convenient for the train station and close to the main street for restaurants, buses and tourist bureau the buffet breakfast was very good

The room was a bit small

Excellent WIFI speed.
