Отель расположен просто шикарно- прямо возле ж/д вокзала. З-х местный номер был очень просторным, чистым и тёплым. Если кто-то нормально обходится на завтрак без омаров и красной икры, то к питанию тоже никаких претензий возникнуть не должно. Сотрудник на рецепшене был очень учтив и оказал нам помощь в распечатывании посадочных талонов, когда мы прошли он-лайн регистрацию на авиаперелёт. В фойе имеются 2 компьютера, но если есть ноут- бук, то талончики на бесплатный wi-fi дают по первому требованию и в неограниченных количествах. Есть два момента: 1. Заселяться в гостиницу можно после 15-00 2. Хоть ты убей- мы были уверены, что гостиница у нас с завтраком, а оказалось, что необходимо платить отдельно. Трёхместный номер стоил 899+ 31( обязательный платёж за карточку)+ 170 (еда)= 1100 датских крон. 1 евро= 7, 4 кроны. Всенм приятного отдыха!!! |

Номера более чем простые, ванная комната не очень чистая, но главное - расположение! Все отели, которые находятся с другой стороны вокзала от Старого города (а таких очень много, на одной улице с Norlandia Star их не меньше десятка) лучше не бронировать, потому что это район бомжей и проституток, хотя и кажется, что очень здорово, что отель расположен так близко к вокзалу. Об этом никто не пишет, и представьте себе впечатление от Копенгагена, когда выходишь с вокзала и идёшь по такому району... После первой же ночи мы переехали в отель в Старом городе и были очень довольны. Перенести отель в другой район и помыть ванные в номерах. |

Отель удобно расположен относительно вокзала, правда этот район Копенгагена не выглядит особо благополучным. Номера достаточно удобные, учитывая их низкую стоимость. |

The location near to Train Station and some restaurants and 7-Eleven nearby. In-room WIFI which does not work. Direction to hotel not provided as requested. Problem for 1st timer to Copenhagen |

internet did not work in the rooms! and there were no outlets on the ground floor at all! and prostitutes propositioned me for sex right in front of the door! |

The attotude of the staff is not good, before you step in the staff at the reception asks for payment which was not called for as the room was gauranteed by credit card and we checked in after midnight after travelling for 12 hrs. We extended the stay and infoirmed the reception desk, this information was not passed on to the staff who came in next day and when wwe came back in the afternoon the guy at the reception was very very rude |

That you needed a key to use the elavator, this way you know that there won't be any people who are not supposed to be there at your floor. |

The hotel is quiet and has spacious and well furnished rooms. The breakfast was good with a reasonale choice. The location is very close to the main railway station. Furniture in the breakfast room was quite worn, with dirty carpets. The bathroom fittings were worn and the bathroom itself could do with a deep clean. |

The relation cost-benefit is very good and the breakfast was excellent for European standards. In the first days in the city, we had breakfast at Cafes downtown and could compare and see that the breakfast in Norlandia was really worth it. The location is really bad at night, behind the Central Station. At night there are strange people in the streets and lots of "night clubs". But we had no problem at all and although we stayed very shortly, we believe the place was safe. |

in absolut centrum of town smell in room - toalet is 1 meter from bed, and smell like old wet textil, very small rooms with paper walls - you can to hear everything from coridor. |

Fantastic location - close to the train station and city centre. It is worth noting that the hotel is extremely basic. Do not expect mod cons or any luxuries such as shower/ bathroom products, kettle and teas, coffees or mini bar. Internet connection is sporadic and slow. |

The room was quiet and the windows opened a welcome rarity in hotels these days. Good to be able to open the windowas and get air in the room. The hotel felt secure and easy to get to in the city centre: good feature for a visitor. The huge tv in the single room looks a bit disproportionate and makes the room seem small. |

Very centrally located near the main station, good breakfast/brunch locations nearby. Ideal if you're passing through for a night or two. The reception and breakfast areas are a little run-down. Breakfast is simple (no hot food). |

Near The Train Station, Room was Clean. Hotel Staff Not Very Friendly or Helpful, a few drunks out in the streets day and night, begging for money and being drunk, Rooms Very Very Small.. I have stayed at Motel 6 that a much Nicer.. But really Enjoyed the City.. |
