otel konum olarak çok iyi ve merkez tren istasyonuna sadece 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyat olarak da bölge fiyatları dikkate alındığında oldukça iyiydi. Kopenhag a tekrar gidersem yine aynı oteli tercih ederim.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was centrally located, yet quiet (triple glazed!) The staff were all extremely friendly and aminable. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I was delighted - as a single traveller to get a free upgrade to a triple room!

Very friendly and helpful staff, spoke many languages. Breakfast was everything we wanted and plenty of it. We could easily walk into Copenhagen city centre from the hotel. I did not hear the other guests in the hotel.

On the top floor there was a sloping wall in the room, but in our room it was not too intrusive. There was a bright light outside our window and I think the curtains should have been thicker to block it out.

The staff were terrific! Great value for money. Nice, quiet rooms on the courtyard side contributed to a good night's sleep. Location was very central. Excellent for business travelers who need value for money. And the staff were truly wonderful; service oriented, helpful with all manner of questions/logistics, responsive to problems in the rooms, courteous and genuinely interested in the well being and comfort of their guests. And when you see the big groups of people coming and going at that hotel--that really says something about the staff! My colleague broke her shoulder one evening in an accident on the street--the hotel staff immediately helped us sort out medical options. We felt we were in excellent hands.

Lighting in the bathroom could be better. I missed a make-up mirror. But I am not complaining given the price/quality level of this hotel.

The staff was great and the place was tidy and fairly clean.

The bed was too saggy (too soft and bendy) and it probably had bugs as I found the right side of my body, on which I slept, itchy. The room was nothing like those shown on the pictures on booking.com. You think you are booking one of those room shown on the picture for the price you are paying and then, once there, you realise that it is not the case. The pictures mislead the travellers on purpose.

Great location! Quiet room with double windows.

We mainly used the hotel at night for sleeping. So our expectations of convenient location and a comfy bed were fully met. Quick check-in and check-out.

One of the elevators was out of order sometimes. We were asked for a deposit of 30€ which was fully returned after check-out.

Construction going on next door so a bit noisy at this time

The hotel is very close to the railway station and is convenient to go sightseeing on foot and also to use all the transport links. The area around the hotel was safe.

The location was fantastic - right next to the train station and easy walking distance from all sites

The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was small.

The convenience of the location in terms of its proximity to Copenhagen Central Station.
