The staff was very kind, the location was lovely, the heater was very good and the steak of the bar for delightful! Free wireless was a surprise and the toothpaste that I forgot was given by the hotel! Perfect! the smell of the air that was insulating the bathroom..And I think you can put an electric socket next to the desk to plug the laptop! It's very important! |

The hotel is well located in very nice old part of the city - at Nyhaven channel, that is attractive for tourists. It is convenient that metro station is pretty close to the hotel. It would be suitable to separate the shower floor from the bathroom floor. |

I like the way this old storage building was renovated. The hotel provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere I didn't see an internet connector in the room? But may be I just should have asked for it. |

The hotel has an aura of luxury despite the resenable price. It is located in the best part of Copenhagen. I strongly recomend this hotel. |

position in the city , harbour, excellent view from some rooms rooms are smaller than usually in a four star hotel , from time to time too much noise in front of the window , but it is the short distance to people and ships, which makes the hotel so attractive |

Nice view of the harbor from our room which was a "Superior" accommodation. Nice staff.Good location. Unbelievably small room. Couldn't open two suitcases at the same time. Really! Bathroom 4 square feet: hard to shave without bumping elbows against the walls.Beds...well, not for newlyweds. |

Personeel was voorkomend en slagvaardig, maar liet je ook met rust als het moest. Foyer beneden aangenaam, uitzicht op sommige plekken fantastisch. Bij aankomst bleek mijn reservering niet te kloppen met wat ik kreeg qua kamer. Werd echter goed opgelost. Restaurant is vrij duur voor de kwaliteit. Maar ook daar wel aardig personeel. |

Sköna sängar Smutsigt badrum, ofräscht med mycket damm överallt i rummet, Slitna handdukar. Halva rumspriset är mer än tillräckligt |

Läget är perfekt i Nyhavn. Sängen var skön och rummet var mysigt även om det vi hade, var ganska litet. Badrummet var extremt litet, krångligt att duscha, men haft bättre badrum på detta hotell vid tidigare vistelse på hotellet. |

Hotellet har hög mysfaktor, mycket trevlig personal! Mycket bra service, hjälper till att hitta platser i Köpenhamn och ringer restauranger. Det var fjärde gången jag bodde här så ni förstår att jag trivs med ert hotell!!!Sängar,kuddar och täcken underbara! Gärna morgonrockar! Liten yta i badrum att sätta toalettartiklar. Renare runt duschdörrarna! |

La situation géographique est parfaite. La salle de bains est ridiculement petite.la douche n a pas de bac donc tout est inonde. |
