position in the city , harbour, excellent view from some rooms rooms are smaller than usually in a four star hotel , from time to time too much noise in front of the window , but it is the short distance to people and ships, which makes the hotel so attractive |

Nice view of the harbor from our room which was a "Superior" accommodation. Nice staff.Good location. Unbelievably small room. Couldn't open two suitcases at the same time. Really! Bathroom 4 square feet: hard to shave without bumping elbows against the walls.Beds...well, not for newlyweds. |

Friendly, efficient service, rooms with great character, comfy beds, quality breakfast and pleasant hotel bar. Location was excellent Of our party of 19, one couple (older) felt their room was small - everyone else loved them. they paid a bit extra for a bigger room with a harbour front view and it was fantastic. |

Excellent locale with great character. Good breakfast. One part is very old with small rooms. Other part is best choice for newer facilities. |

Central location. Having stayed at a standard double room I found the room very small with liitle space for luggage and the bedsize too small for 2 grown ups. |

Schöne, ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser. Zentral gelegen und schönes Ambiente. zu wenige Hotelparkplätze und keine Terrasse, man mußte abends immer zum Theater rübergehen, um schön draußen sitzen zu können. |

Hotellet har en charmerende atmosfære - og man har på forbilledlig vis formået at bevare det gamle pakhus' rustikke udseende. At hotellet så de seneste år ovenikøbet har opnået end endog kulturel central placering som nabo til det nye Skuespilhus og Operaen gør jo hotellet ekstra attraktivt for eks. et forlænget weekeend ophold der kunne inkludere et besøg på en af de to kulturinstitutioner. |

Beliggenhet i forhold til uterestauranter, gågate og i forhold til våre ønsker mht. shopping og uteliv. Forøvrig stille beliggenhet samt rent, ryddig og arkitektonisk artig hotell. Vi bodde på hotellet for knappe 2 år siden og gjenbesøket er også en bekreftelse på at hotellfasilitetene tilfredsstiller våre ønsker. For knappe 2 år siden fikk vi et rom hvor nedspylingen på toalettet ikke virket. Denne gang virket ikke hårføneren på rommet men ble øyeblikkelig flyttet til et annet mere oppgradert rom (331). På dette rommet var (er?) avsuget fra servanten dårlig og mye tyder på at avløpsledningen er i ferd med å bli tett. |

Har legat ett flertal gånger på detta hotell och i det stora hela har vistelsen varit okej, personalen är mycket bra. God service i receptionen och baren. Rummen är för små, låset på vår hotelldörr krånglade så vi var hänvisade till receptionen för att komma in, priset är för högt i förhållande till hotellets standard. |

Die Lage war sehr gut Das Zimmer war extrem klein, nicht sehr sauber, das Fenster war über einem Tag und Nacht arbeitenden Elektromotor, so dass man es nur zu kurzen Lüftungen öffnen konnte, das Bett hatte eine Matratze, die wie eine Luftmatratze links hochfederte, wenn die rechte Person sich umdrehte. |
