The free internet access. The cosy entrance sitting area with jugs of water etc. Only information and newspapers available were in Danish. Surely information about Copenhagen/Denmark, books etc could have been around. |

it was very cold in the room, despite the fact that the weather was about 7-10 C, it was raining outside. The staff did not respond to phone. |

Excellent position for a city break, close to shops, transport, Nyhavn restaurant area and several other attractions. Good breakfast buffet provided. No restaurant, so have to go elsewhere for lunch or evening meals. The showers were very basic. |

The stay was more or less o.k. There was a staff member whose service was awful. She was busy with her private matters (not with other customers), and was not willing to recieve our payment, and this happened several times (each time she told us that she cannot do this right now and we should come back later). Eventually, her shift ended and the next guy was much more helpful. |

Location! It is peerfect. Then the price. Taking into account the general level of hotel prices in Copenhagen, it was a good bargain. The hotel is clean and calm, its staff is nice and helpful. The room was too small even for Europe :-)). However we got used to the size quite quickly. |

I stayed in a "Tourist double" room. As advertised this was very small, but was nevertheless comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. |

Very Central, can get the centre of the City in 10 minutes. The breakfast was good, and the decoration was very interesting, we like the black and white photo collection. Only the bed was not comfortable, on the end of a day walking and walking is very important have a comfortable bed. The hotel must check this item. |

A hotel that provides exactly what it claims. No super-selling or over-pretentious ideas - except being a fair, decent, well driven hotel for accomodation. Quiet, nice staff, fair price. Recommendable to everyone wanting a place to sleep, in a quiet yet central part of CPH. But don't expect party and yet-set atmosphere. This place is for sleeping. |

The room is very small, but the localization is excellent, close to Nyhavn and Strøget. There is a metro station and bus stops near the hotel, allowing a easy access to others points in København. |

Hotel was ok related to the price. Rooms was quite small, but we was there only at nights so it didn't matter. Service was ok, and the hotel is located in very good place if you are for there for shopping / city vacation, also the connection from airport was very easy. They should do the cleaning more carefully, we found someones panties under the bed when we was leaving and checking that we didn't forget anything there. |

The location, very close to nyhaven harbour in Copenhagen. The staff were quite unhelpful when I asked about upgrading the room and when I returned home my bank informed me that the hotel had charged me twice for the 3 nts spent there. |

The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of items to choose from. Well worth the money. We originally booked a Tourist Double room. The room was very small. We upgraded to a suite after the first night. If I stayed again, I would definitiely book a suite again. The upgrade, though expensive, was well worth the extra money to get a much larger and more comfortable room. |
