gb: great central location, silent!, comfortable bed, very good breakfast even if I had to ask for hot milk every day ;-), staff very nice and helpful, lots of facilities on demand (hair dryer,iron,thermos) it: centralissimo, silenzioso, letto comodo, ottima colazione anche se si deve chiedere il latte caldo.., staff molto gentile, phon,thermos,ferro da stiro disponibili su richiesta

gb: bathroom a little bit to small but functional, little bit overheated, too many towels?! it: forse il bagno un pochino piccolo ma comunque funzionale, troppi asciugamani, un po troppo caldo ma il termosifone è facile da spegnere e si puo aprire tranquillamente la finestra talmente è silenzioso fuori..

Very courteous staff, helpful and smiling always ! Overall a good stay for the fortnight. The internet & printer facility at the lobby and the wireless connectivity in the room were very good.

Yes, the toaster was too slow, and caused congestion at the buffet area. The extra wing for breakfast should be kept open on all days not just weekends.

The hotel was average but the breakfast was good, I would like to see a proper bar area

The heating in my bedroom was not very good

it was very cold in the room, despite the fact that the weather was about 7-10 C, it was raining outside. The staff did not respond to phone.

The stay was more or less o.k.

There was a staff member whose service was awful. She was busy with her private matters (not with other customers), and was not willing to recieve our payment, and this happened several times (each time she told us that she cannot do this right now and we should come back later). Eventually, her shift ended and the next guy was much more helpful.

Reception clerk was very friendly and informative regarding facts and activites for Copenhagen.

I stayed in a "Tourist double" room. As advertised this was very small, but was nevertheless comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.

Very Central, can get the centre of the City in 10 minutes. The breakfast was good, and the decoration was very interesting, we like the black and white photo collection.

Only the bed was not comfortable, on the end of a day walking and walking is very important have a comfortable bed. The hotel must check this item.

The room is very small, but the localization is excellent, close to Nyhavn and Strøget. There is a metro station and bus stops near the hotel, allowing a easy access to others points in København.

Hotel was ok related to the price. Rooms was quite small, but we was there only at nights so it didn't matter. Service was ok, and the hotel is located in very good place if you are for there for shopping / city vacation, also the connection from airport was very easy. They should do the cleaning more carefully, we found someones panties under the bed when we was leaving and checking that we didn't forget anything there.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of items to choose from. Well worth the money.

We originally booked a Tourist Double room. The room was very small.We upgraded to a suite after the first night. If I stayed again, I would definitiely book a suite again. The upgrade, though expensive, was well worth the extra money to get a much larger and more comfortable room.
