Convenient location for my stay The room I had this time was not very good, normally it's quite acceptable standard, but the combined showed, toilet was not good, water all over after shower. |

The location is superb, one can easily walk to almost all the main attractions of the city. Second, they have unlimited free wifi internet. The breakfast was rather unsatisfying. |

Good location, quiet room with good bed Staff that was speaking on the phone all the time when I was checking out. But this is not the regular experience I have at this hotel, usually the staff is nice and polite. |

Very good location: right in the center, in the middle between Tivoli and the Kastellet, 2 minutes walk from Nyhavn and from a metro station that leads directly to the airport (in 15 minutes). The breakfast is very good and is served in a charming room. Free wi-fi We had a small double room for 120 euros a night (breakfast included). The room was definitely quite small, on the ground floor with a view on a wall, and the confort of the bathroom was minimum. But this is what we expected and we were very happy of our stay for the price we paid (very good bargain for Copenhagen). |

excellent location, nice room, nice staff, free wi-fi some colleagues complained that their room was far to small. I would recommend you choose a higher grade room (I had a superior double and it was very good) |

The hotel's location was excellent. It was a 20 min walk from the train station to the Nyhavn area. It is minutes from many wonderful attractions (eg:Rosenborg Palace). The breakfast at the hotel was very good. (assortment of breads, cheese, meats, fruit, veggies, coffee and tea, etc) The staff were very nice and if you had a question or request they were promptly able to assist you. I would just recommend to those who like to stay in big rooms to be careful what room you book. Personally I don't care what size my room is because I'm only sleeping there, but if you require a lot of space make sure you get the appropriate room size (eg: superior). |
