Friendliness of staff, clean design of hotel, and its convenience for the airport.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel per se. Your direction here not to mention here any aspect of the stay which went wrong ("complaints") is however unreasonable, and throws doubt on the sincerity of your professed interest in feedback.

Location is very convenient (just 2 or 3 metro stops from the airport)

Got a receipt with a totally wrong address on it. When I asked if I could get a new one, the receptionist seemed a little stressed out. The room seemed clean on a first sight, but did not stand a closer look (really a lot of hairs on the mattress, some long hairs in the sink, ...) Also you can hear the metro and everything your neighbours are doing. These are all things I would not expect for a price over 145 Euro - not even in high-priced Denmark.

The location. It is really a standard and basic hotel with a perfect location with the Metro connection with Kastrup airport and city center of Copenhagen. It is good that there is a restaurant since the location is far away from any city center. Very few other things that are good - very basic in fact.

Service level quite low at reception. Luggage room left open without attendance, no one bothers if luggage is put in there or taken out of there.... No possibility to use a safe in the room. Bathroom and room standard in the old section, 3 rd floor as an example is on the limit of being acceptable. Bad smell and damaged equipment in bathroom. Only reason to stay there is the location - Nothing else!!

The hotel has recently been refurbished. Rooms are good for this standard of hotel. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. By Danish standards the restaurant is reasonably priced and there is a reasonable choice. Although the hotel is away from any other facilities, restaurants etc. it is next to the Metro station where trains run regularly day and night. City Centre is 10 minutes away and the airport 2 minutes away.

They have a good sized pool but it would be good if someone replaced all of the faulty bulbs. The majority were out.

Access to Metro makes getting to and from the airport and the City very easy. Staff helpful and friendly. Room very clean and functional, internet good. Breakfast has a varied selection of food. Very busy with overnight / short stay travellers so book early.

No safety deposit box in the room!!

It should not call itself an 'airport hotel', as it is nowhere near the airport and doesn't even have a shuttle. The quality of the hotel was much lower than expected - Radisson should quickly dissociate itself from that hotel, or risk tarnishing its brand.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room Asked for a double bed but were allocated a twin.

Conveneint location from airport with easy connection to metro to airport. Staff were very useful. Next time i'll bring my swim suit.

I find all of copenhagen expensive.

Water from shower run the wrong way out of theshower and pooled on the main bathroom floor, room 258, can see all the swelling of timber trims, otherwise great rooms and stay.

Nice comfortable room. Need a kettle and small fridge.
