Large room, helpful staff, great help from staff

Good location, comfortable room, friendly staff, nice lobby, free internet.

Its location: convenient to access the eea Offices.

Convenience to city centre. Light. Bar staff efficient. Food average to good but not gourmet. We didn't require anything other than the room and drinks because we were visiting Danish family. Previously stayed at The Opera, The Admiral.

Noisy room because it overlooked a busy road. Had to have the window closed at night which was not good for us and had it been winter we would have had headaches from the heating as well. Some smoke from the very nice veranda area came into our room too.I do think that the reception staff should greet the guests with a "good morning" or "good afternoon" when they pass by - it would be more friendly, as it was they were reading their computer screens all the time and didn't look up unless they were approached at the desk.

room service is very limited in choice and took 90 min and 3 phone calls to bring diner and the air in the corridors was stale and the room was awfully hot and muggy. (and it had only been 25°C outside)

the location of this hotel is perfect for city tourism. Quiet but still central.

For some reason the hotel had cancelled our reservation (made through booking.com). That caused a lot of discussion at check-in and although the staff gave us a room at the rate we had booked I feel we got a smaller room than we had originally booked.

The size of the room was rediculous, the bed was the size destined for my 8 year old son, also there wasn't any Air conditioning. The curtains didn't cover the windows well enough and in the summer time when the sun rises at 4 am you will not be happy, plus the shower has no lip to keep the water in so once you've taken a shower the bathroom is virtually useless, water everywhere. Get a room in the courtside of hotel, street is noisy and starts early, Only if they wake up to fair prices, increase room and bed size, and redisign the shower would I return to this hotel.

Staff at front desk were very professional and helpful. The room (barring the comments below), bathroom facilities and office services (computer, printer) were good. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the major destinations and the metro.

The room was small and because it was mid-summer, the room was a little stuffy - I couldn't open the window and the air con while working didn't seem that efficient.

The location, the old paintings and furniture in the hall, and the peacefulness of the area

The bathroom is a bit old fashioned, in need of a renewal

Hated the weak shower jets. Noisy room even though it was an interior one because of construction nearby. Breakfast menu awful.

Il mio giudizio è condizionato dal fatto che normalmente a Copenhagen frequento hotel di prestigio (d'Angleterre, Radisson sas etc.) ai quali il Phoenix cop non è paragonabile. Ma la Climate Conference ha reso disponibile in qui giorni solo pochissimi hotel in centro.
