Excellent service, friendly staff, great food in the restaurant
I didn't feel welcome by the reception
Athmosphere, decore in the hotel, location, and top service of staff always
beds are unfortunately a bit to soft, but I still go back.
The location was very convenient.
I had booked a room for three for space and comfort, instead they only gave me a double room and still charged me the cost of a triple large room.
You can pay for less accommodation in Copengagen but then don't complain. Paying a bit more you get a nice, clean and good hotel. This is my third visit here. I am not wealthy but fussy about where I stay in terms of cleanliness.
It's hit and miss with the reception staff. Some very nice a couple that could smile more but U guess some guests can be a pain. But in general it's good.
The location as it was near to centre and all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was brilliant and room very comfortable.
The bathroom is quite old fashioned, the tap dripped constantly and was difficult to turn off, some of the towel rails were rusty and the bath really old fashioned.
Great location and comfort
Everything was really perfect
Lovely hotel, good rooms, highly trained friendly staff, clean, great location short walk from restaurants and centre. Would certainly recommend.
Pillows. It's a lovely hotel but why oh why do so many well maintained expensively run hotels opt for cheap pillows? Even a super model would wake up looking like Ken Dodd.
although it was a non-smoking room, a clear burn mark of a forgotten sigarette was clearly visible on the table. Disgusting! Further, before check-out time, cleaning staff already knocking on door for cleaning.....
Location, style, personal
Tempreature in the room, the heat was not easy to adjust.
the bathroom/toilette was not heated, almost impossible to shower in the morning and for a four stars it was quite a minus. Once informed the staff they promised to activate the heating under the floor. It was never done I did not take a shower for 2 days!!!!!!!!
Very helpful receptionists. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very rich and good
Dated facilities with a smell of old and smoke imgregnated in the carpets.
Location is just excellent.
My room was on the top floor (4028) and I guess in the roof there was a heating unit, so it was booming and buzzing all night long.
location, staff, comfort, basic costs reasonable by Copenhagen standards
extra charges can mount up e.g. the bottled water in room, breakfast (not cheap), use of credit card at check out resulted in a fee.
Location and very quit
Room was small compared to the price
Umbrella service, friendly at the front desk
15 min to find my room because of poor explanation of staff Horrible smell of cigarette in the room
The Classical European ambience. Being within walking distance of all the sights and attractions.
wifi access, Location
beautiful clasic hotel with lots of history. excellent location!
room is small. insufficient wardrobe space. small bathroom.
Good location in the center. Price was ok for this city.
The room was smaller than I expected.
The bar staff were brilliant
Paying £20 each for my breakfast which was very poor we only wanted coffee and toast they should have a coffee shop we had breakfast twice just to have coffee total cost £80
the food in the restaurant was excellent
even though we upgraded on arrival to a executive room, it was tiny.
