Hotel Propellen

レストランの食事がおいしかったです。プールやプレイランド、卓球などもあり、雨でも夜でも充分楽しめまし- た。コインランドリーもありとても便利だと思いました。

フロントの対応がもう少しでした。急な豪雨でニュースになったぐらいのところ、かさもささずにびしょぬれの- 私たちを見ても、何の対応もなく、雨は急に来るね。って。コインランドリーの場所もとてもわかりにくかった- のですが、わからなかったら、レストランの人に聞いてね。というのは、レストランの人は忙しいのにもかかわ- らず、教えてくれましたが、地図くらい示して欲しかったです。ちなみにランドリーの場所はレストランをでて- 、中庭の方に行った出口手前の左の小部屋です。ランドリーとは表示してありません。

スタッフも大変感じがよく、子どものプレイルームやプールまで付いていて、大変快適に過ごすことができた。- 中庭に出るドアが外側からも開けられるとなお良かった。

セルフランドリーサービスがあることは紹介されていたが、マシンがデンマーク語の表示のみだったので、英語- でせめてon/off openくらいの表示はして欲しかった。ホテルのレストランのアラカルトメニューの数が少なすぎる。

The close location to airport,legoland and lalandia. Rooms very clean and modern. Chose at breakfast was very good.

Found the room very stuffy could have done with air conditioning.

Reception open all evening/night,quiet,nice surrounding.Rooms were nice nothing broken like a loose showerhead or defunct furniture.

Close proximity to Legoland. Bright, light room with open-able windows. Places to sit outside & enjoy a beverage.

We stayed in midsummer, and the restaurant was stiflingly hot.

Helpful staff - location suited my journey, although it did seem further in the taxi then the information on the website.

The bed was very comfortable, And the hotel was lovely and quiet at night.

Ideal location, next to Legoland, only 5 minutes walk. Good restaurant, child friendly. Nice pool. Free wifi

The family rooms are rather small. Housekeeping very average. Not a 4 star hotel (for this there is not enough luxury),but a good 3 star hotel. Expensive for what you get.

Great hotel for Legoland, rooms were nice and clean and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was the food which was not very good value for money.

Proximity to Billund Airport

Could not find my booking.com reservation in their booking system!

Food excellent. Very friendly and welcoming

The staff was excellent. We needed help and tey were friendly and courteous.

Very handy for legoland if you have young kids and also extremely close to Billund airport - the food in the restaraunt is delicious as was the buffet breakfast.
