Excellent location, especially being annexed to the Cultural and Congress centre. Quietly efficient, welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent knowledge of English language. The buffet restaurant and breakfast menu were extremely good value for money. We would defiinitely stay there again if we return to Aalborg.

Only 10 minutes walking to the city center, perfect for our trip, we stayed one night. Luxury room, with wonderfoul breakfast. Nothing negative, of course the price is commisured to the conforts offered.

Comfortable and very quiet rooms. Very helpful staff at reception desk. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is about a 10min walk out of town right next to the Congress Centre. This is brilliant if you are attending a congress, but there are probably other options closer to town if that's what you want.

Beliggenheden var super. Værelset var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var så lækker helt igennem super ok. Det er ikke ok med 2 enkeltsenge, som skrider fra hinanden .Ville ønske en dobbeltseng. Gammelt tv og ingen tekst tv Øv.

Toilettet var ikke rengjort. Roomservice havde ikke lukket døren efter rengøring, og døren stod derfor åbent til værelset da jeg kom tilbage ved aftenstid. Alt i alt et rigtig dårligt hotel. De 4 stjerner er meget misvisende.

De plezierige ontvangst. Het uitchecken duurde meer dan een half uur en dat beïnvloedde onze dagdeling behoorlijk negatief omdat we verder moesten reizen. De dame achter de balie kauwde kauwgom maar he poesitieve was dat zij haar excuses aanbod vanwege het lange wachten tijdens het uitchecken. Er was blijkbaar een vliegveld in de buurt want er was veel lawaai 's nachts (van buitten). De badkamerdeur klemde.

Det er et hyggeligt og afslappende hotel. Personalet var fantastisk til at hjælpe, og maden var fremragende. Jeg synes værelserne skal tjekkes ordentligt inden ankomst, vi blev lidt skuffede over at finde en fremmed strøme på værelset.
