We arrived late and hungry and the woman at the bar was very helpful and got us some sandwiches even though the food area was closed. Mattress not supportive enough - too soft. In the morning when lots of people were checking out there was only one staff member assisting with this. |

Nothing ! Everything was bad !!! I was waiting for the bus-shuttle 1 hour and half at the airport ... In corridors and bedroom : walls are stained, fitted carpets are dirty, damaged, bathroom wasn't cleaned, they forget to empty the trash, no air conditioning : I regret renting a room in that hotel ... |

The room was west faced. It was unbelievably hot. But there is no air condition. Even when I opened the window it was still too hot. |

this hotel is located really close to Copenhagen Airport,and we can use free shattle from the hotel to the airport(also from airport to hotel). it was really really convenient. and aslo we can use free internet service, it must be good for bussinesspeople. |

Available internet, but it was hot there. Should be a fan. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Shuttle service hours didn't meet our needs. We had to walk with our luggage from and to the airport, which was up and down steps and along cobblestone streets. Our legs didn't mind, but our luggage protested. |

The proximity to the Airport and the unique community were all pluses. The wheelchair accessible room was to unaccessible; door sill too high, turning space from bathroom to the room very very small. Wheelchair room was not a superior twin! |

Well located and affordable at cph airport. Staff was super. Easy to run into the city via nearby metro station. Pickup at the airport was difficult to arrange. |

Bus was close, some supermarkets nearby, television selection was very nice It was so hot in the night, that we couldn't sleep well. |

the staff was very friendly and supportive The hotel is too far from the airport to walk and the shuttlebus stops at 21.45. After this hour also no food is served at the hotel. At one side windows have to be closed because of a constant noise. |

Not a whole lot ... except you cannot beat the location (unless you stay at the new Hilton at Copenhagen Airport). It is very convenient to Copenhagen Airport and two blocks away from a beautiful park at the sea. Breakfast is OK ... not great, but OK. First, it was a 2 star hotel at a 3 star price. It is old and worn. Perhaps, if they would completely renovate it, it would be nice. The bathroom stunk. The shuttle service was poor ... only a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening. |

The bed was good and people were kind. The bathroom was tiny with strange plumbing. The room was facing the street, and the noice from airco units was too loud to open the window at night. The room was very warm. |

It was effectively clean and low key and quiet. There was pretty easily audible room noises transmitted. but I was unable to find directions for meeting your shuttle bus on your website. It took a lot of walking around and asking questions. Difficult. |

I was realy angry with the service, becouse I have ordered family room for 2 adults and 2 childs, but the recepcionist give me just double and she was very rude and did not want to listen me about this problem. Hotel is not bad exept service(girl on recepcion) Vadim Liski |
