The convenience to train station and the airport shuttle. The buffet breakfast was very expensive for the food. It was just a buffet for about $31/US per person. No service. |

This hotel is ok value for your money. Very close to the metro station with connections to the airport and the centre of the city. Breakfast was OK. Diner menu was very poor and the prices in the bar are very high |

Hotel is abslut not 4 stars worth. Online prise offerd was without breakfust. Something which is not to expect with this high prise. |

Shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, taxi station in front of the hotel, good connection by metro from the airport An old building and therefore a bit scuffed (but for sure clean) facilities. |

Reception staff were friendly and helpful The hotel was run down especially the bathrooms- in our room it was very ol and tired.. There was a drain on the floor in the bathroom and it was open and smelled.It is sold as a 4 star hotel but at best the facilities are 3 star. Far too expensive. |

Close to airport yet located in a small village area a few minutes away from airport where you could relax and enjoy a more quiet atmosphere. I felt it was too pricey for the type of hotel it was. Not luxury, yet I was paying what I've paid for much better hotels elsewhere in the world. Didn't like the bathroom. |

You offered a shuttle bus service. I did not like that on-line it indicated there was a continential breakfast, however this was not the case. Not pleased that we had to pay 200 krones for having a small cot in our room per night ... totally ridiculous. Was not provided enough glasses or towels for the number of people in our room. |

Although within walking distance of Kastrup airport, 15 minutes, the 30 minute frequency of the shuttle bus is excellent when carrying luggage. also very close to a frequent metro into the heart of Copenhagen/ The bathrooms could do with a little re furbishment. |

Prompt attention from staff when I had a plumbing problem and generally pleasant and helpful. There was no shuttle bus service to the airport on Friday evening or Saturday morning and the main reason I chose the hotel was it advertised shuttle service to the airport. I had to use cabs both ways and one cab driver objected to the short fare. |

i was told there was a hotel bus service to the airport.i arrived 10 mins early to ensure i would be on the bus and the bus was full so i ended up having to catch a taxi.the staff were not very helpful and i ended up having to pay for the taxi.the main reason i stayed at this hotel was because the bus was free to the airport and it would have been stress free.this was not the case. |

Good shuttle bus to the airport but weekdays only. Good breakfast but is extra. My room was tiny and quite basic. It is a basic 3 star hotel, I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this is not 4 star. I would not recommend it for business travellers. |

Clean, Good quality food, Shuttle service to/from airport Shuttle service is only every 30 minutes not 15 minutes as advertised and does not run all of the time. Wouldn't recommend trying to walk. Meals are Buffet sytle, good quality but not a huge choice. |

Clean, quiet, efficient. For an "airport" hotel there ought to be a shuttle bus. We arrived at Kastrup at 10pm on a Sunday and had to take a taxi. |

Reception staff were very helpful, ordered us a taxi etc. Early morning call was helpful. Staff gave us local information. Room was comfortable. We would have appreciated tea / coffee making facilities in the room.Shuttle to airport didn't run on a Saturday. |

Free and fast wifi. Relatively spacious room. Shuttle bus doesn't run after 9:45 p.m. - instructions on how to walk to the hotel (10min) would be useful. |
