Frühstück hätte ich extra bezahlen müssen, ein unangenehmer Geruch auf dem Flur

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Bar macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck, der freie Internetzugang in der Halle ist angenehm und hilfreich.

In unserem Bad war der Stöpsel der Badewanne sehr unansehnlich und unhygienisch. Der Thermostat war kaputt, auch die händisch vorgenommene Wassermischung wurde hinsichtlich der Temperatur nicht beibehalten. In der Bar wurde uns - ohne entsprechende Vorinformation - ein Bier serviert, dessen Preis doppelt so hoch war wie das teuerste in der Karte ausgewiesene Bier.

The early closing of the restaurant. The high cost of bar food. The oppressive heat in the rooms. The deceptive advertising which suggest an airport connection, which only works during as part of the day.

it was quite in my room. the desk people were very helpful. The food was good for breakfast and was early enough for me to eat before going to the airport

I can honestly say that I liked nothing about the hotel. It was disgusting.

First of all, the entire hotel stunk of stale smoke and was across the street from what appeared to be an open air bar with people drinking in public late into the eveing. But the worst part about the hotel was that the beds were infested with bedbugs. Disgusting. Absolutely unbelievable considering how much I paid. I was more than disappointed with this hotel.

The convenience to train station and the airport shuttle. The buffet breakfast was very expensive for the food. It was just a buffet for about $31/US per person. No service.

Hotel is abslut not 4 stars worth. Online prise offerd was without breakfust. Something which is not to expect with this high prise.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was run down especially the bathrooms- in our room it was very ol and tired.. There was a drain on the floor in the bathroom and it was open and smelled.It is sold as a 4 star hotel but at best the facilities are 3 star. Far too expensive.

You offered a shuttle bus service.

I did not like that on-line it indicated there was a continential breakfast, however this was not the case. Not pleased that we had to pay 200 krones for having a small cot in our room per night ... totally ridiculous. Was not provided enough glasses or towels for the number of people in our room.
