It is classified as a 4 star hotel but it is 2 star at the most. The room was shabby with. The bathroom was substandard. The sink was chipped, the tiles around the bath had dirty grouting, the shower curtain was not clean. They do not have food available during the day only breakfast and there are no restaurants in the immediate area.

Nice Access to Kastrup Airport. As Airline staff also choice this hotel.( I saw them at lobby).Reasonable price. a bit far if your purpose is sightseeing or shopping.

Nice rooms, quite close to the airport (ca 15 min by foot, but there was also free shuttle bus available). Even though service and rooms were nice, the price was far too high for what you get. Breakfast was not included.

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport and I had a very early plane. Unfortunately the courtesy bus did not start until 6am and this was too late to catch my plane. Also the hotel was not near enough to the airport for me to walk with luggage. So I had to pre-order a taxi.

The rooms were good and mini-bar was fitted as standard. The lounge bar was good with a positive staff. The breakfast needs to be much better, not four star, that the certain. Also breakfast is extra, which for a standard room is expensive for what we got. You also get asked wheher you had breakfast or not, and if you use the mini-bar. They should ask for your room number when going to breakfast not three days later. As for the min-bar, the maids re-stock but reception expect you to account for all the items. When it they jb to do that. There is no checklist to mark down what you have consumed. Just on you to remember.

It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. That the airport shuttle only runs morning and evening, my flight was at 2pm and we had to walk, quite a long walk in the rain with luggage.

The hotel is nice located around 7 mins walk from kastrup station and has airport shuttle pickup only mornings 6-9.45am and 6-9.45pm check on timings prior to booking. Its a simple hotel has free coffee tea from 10-4pm and a supermarket and eating places nextdoor and one in restaurant inhouse. Its good for those wanting to stay close to airport with odd hour flight connections but again staying close to city is not far by train with only 20 min ride from airport. Staff is friendly, I stayed on good friday so things were closed generally, was freezing cold with rain, so hardly went out but neighbourhood seemed nice and friendly, Free coffee being served earlier in morning esp for travellers who dont have time for breakfast but need something hot to drink before heading out into the cold wintry weather. Small things go a long way.

The location and friendly courtesy by the staff was really good. There were very few options for Vegetarians ( Break-fast and Dinner). I would strongly recommend a coffee or tea pot kettle which will add more value to the service.

The staff was very kind and helpful with many different needs in helping me find the British and American Embassies and four tourist locations. Our medical education project at four universtiies took me to Lund, Aarhus, etc, and I returned each time over the three weeks to Dan. Food was great. Intenet needs to be improved from 2bars to 4bars bandwidth. I am naot accustomed to having the shower drain onto the floor and under the sink. But it works, like in Russia, India and China. I was here three days berfore I understood that I could go downstaires to use the gym to get my fat off.

The location is great - you can walk it from the airport terminal in under 15 minutes. Good bar, very good breakfast at extra cost, good free wifi, comfortable modern room. Ideal for an airport hotel. Minor points - no bath, though requested, and the restaurant closes at 2145, so I arrived too late for dinner. And there is nothing else within walking distance. The bar will make you a sandwich, but I only discovered that in the morning.

Good location, close to the airport. However maintenance had been made to the pipeline,and brown water came out of the tap - very unpleasant!! Quality factor very low. Not taking the companys credit card as payment when 1st booked the hotel. Had to use personal credit card to pay on departure, it should be made lot clearer on your booking form.
