Excellent and valuabe choice when flying early from CPH.

That I had pre-paid for this trip with a business credit card via your website and the hotel did not accept this on checkout and insisted that I paid. Not at all happy with this and I hope that I will not now be charged twice for this stay!!!!!

Room was ok. Meal was ok. Airport hotel is stretching the description ! 20 min walk trailing a suitcase not a good start ! Expensive meal and expensive taxi ride back in morning because of 5.00am start.

Generally too expensive ! London, New York and Paris are better options for a weekend and better value. I have just taken Copenhagen off my "bucket list". Sorry ! I am not generally a negative person.

We stayed overnight on the 07 Jan. The hotel is very close to the airport. We had only hand luggage with us and it was about 7-10min walk from the arrival terminal. There is a hotel shuttle bus but it operates only short part of the day. The metro station is about 4min walking away if you want to go to the city center (6 stops, and it is moderately expensive $10 return per adult). Also, there is a supermarket literally next door, so you can easily stock up on anything.

It took us two attempts to get checked in. One room wasn't ready (somebody left a window open and birds were inside...), the other room (1st floor) had strange vibration and noise. Staff offered free breakfast for the inconvenience on checkout but it was too late for us to take the offer.

Excellent staff. Clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast.

The parking opportunity was there but was very confusing!

The service was very good in all departments. Food was also very good.

My purpose was to have a good night`s sleep near the airport. I had to go there early in the morning.But I couldn´t sleep at all because there was an irritble sound all night.In the morning the portier said that there had been a company which had used the elevator all night.That was the motor sound that I had heard.So I had got a room next to an elevator.This room should not have been used at all. That is what I think.

The hotel is near the airport and the most fascinate is that the hotel have the free airport-hotel bus!the room is clean and the bathroom is clean too.of course it's convenient that each guest has individual wifi.

At the begining it was hard for us finding the bus stop...luckily has the bus to the hotel,o it's too long and difficult to walk to the hotel from the airport..every guest has a slip of paper for wifi.so that means u can't use the account of wifi in the mobile phone and computer at the same time!!!

I can not pay with my Visa card....If I did not have cash on me I could not staying in the hotel exchange rate was very high...normally had to pay 70 euros and I paid 80 euro.
