Lo staff era molto disponibile, anche se alle 22 non è stato possibile maniare nulla e per un hotel dell'aeroporto è un po penalizzante L'infrastruttura è molto spartana, va bene per chi viaggia e non vuole spendere tanto |

La vicinanza all'aeroporto e alla metro. Il servizio gratuito di navetta. Il cattivo odore nei corridoi. Nella stanza entrava odore di bruciato e non si sapeva da dove veniva. Nel bagno c'era un buco nel tetto sopra la vasca. Manca una scelta di canali satellitari (solo 20 canali in tutti, compresi quelli danesi) e per un hotel 4 stelle sembra strano. |

La vicinanza all'aeroporto, il letto era comodissimo, la temperatura della camera eccellente, il servizio internet gratuito. Il wc era nero di incrostazioni, il pomello che manda l'acqua alla doccia o al rubinetto era rotto. Non c'era carta e penna in camera. |

Close to metro, seven stops to city center, one stop to airport Breakfast was decent. Price was good compared to staying in city center. Hotel room was dirty. It definitely could use remodeling. Location was fairly run down. |

Very comfortable rooms with modern furniture, scandinavian flair and nice bathroom. Very close from Copenhague airport and therefore convenient for early travellers ! Free (night) parking on the street available. |

it was close to the airport. i only stayed a night, was not planning to see the city. so i don't know how convinient the transportation was for sightseeing. clean room. quite nicer modern design room than i expected from the other reviews. good internet conction. friendly staffs. not ofen enough shuttle bus. I had to walk to the hotel from the airport when i arrrived. It was about 20 min walk, inconvinient with heavy luggages. I guess you could take a taxi though. |

Location,friendly receptionists Very unfriendly breakfast staff,no restaurant at weekends,a total lack of quality E.G.1 ply toilet rolls,picture missing in bedroom big holes where it had hung,large chips in glass tables in lounge,large stain on carpet on 3rd floor & a general seen better days look about the hotel. |

close to transport and airport bathrooms for the disabled. no floor mat and water hitting toilet seat. bed set up as double but kept separating to single most uncomfortable. |

Excellent staff at reception. Friendly, fast, efficient. Transfer airport-hotel. There should be a hotel transfer-counter. Taxi-drivers are very reluctant to drive the relatively short distance to the hotel from the airport. Both times I got verbal abuse from the immigrant taxi-drivers in any language from between Istanbul and Calcutta. |

I stayed in this hotel the week previous and did not have a pleasant experience, and put a complaint in. Because the hotel is near the airport and transport is included I booked again this week and to my surprise the reception had my complaint on file and gave me an upgrade, I must admit the room this time was of a very good standard. |

The breakfast was great and to make my day it was organic.The staff were very helpful The restaurant was close during the weekend.But there must be a reason.I think it is ok for the staff to have a lovely weekend |

It was a reasonable price for the vicinity to the airport I felt mthe hotel was in serious need for a 'face lift', corridor carpets dirty and there was a smelly drain in my room untill i filled the floor drains with water.i had hoped to use the courtesy bus, but I was directed twice to Terminal 3 exit by security in the airport, had to get a taxi.May try staying there this Thursday and hope I do a little better |

Food Good, Staff Friendly Noise at Night from Rollcages of Laundry being moved in Corridor. Room small and only one small pillow on bed. Bus Trip staying in hotel was demanding during breakfast. |

Location is conveniently close to the airport. Staff extremely helpful. Two minimal things; a dental kit was not free of charge and the bathroom was a bit "aged" |
