Nice Access to Kastrup Airport. As Airline staff also choice this hotel.( I saw them at lobby).Reasonable price.

The rooms were good and mini-bar was fitted as standard. The lounge bar was good with a positive staff.

The breakfast needs to be much better, not four star, that the certain. Also breakfast is extra, which for a standard room is expensive for what we got. You also get asked wheher you had breakfast or not, and if you use the mini-bar. They should ask for your room number when going to breakfast not three days later. As for the min-bar, the maids re-stock but reception expect you to account for all the items. When it they jb to do that. There is no checklist to mark down what you have consumed. Just on you to remember.

It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly.

That the airport shuttle only runs morning and evening, my flight was at 2pm and we had to walk, quite a long walk in the rain with luggage.

The staff was very kind and helpful with many different needs in helping me find the British and American Embassies and four tourist locations. Our medical education project at four universtiies took me to Lund, Aarhus, etc, and I returned each time over the three weeks to Dan. Food was great.

Intenet needs to be improved from 2bars to 4bars bandwidth. I am naot accustomed to having the shower drain onto the floor and under the sink. But it works, like in Russia, India and China. I was here three days berfore I understood that I could go downstaires to use the gym to get my fat off.

Good location, close to the airport. However maintenance had been made to the pipeline,and brown water came out of the tap - very unpleasant!! To make sure this happened should be part of the maintenance!! Apart from that everything was fine.

Quality factor very low. Not taking the companys credit card as payment when 1st booked the hotel. Had to use personal credit card to pay on departure, it should be made lot clearer on your booking form.

It was very near to airport which kept me at comfort to catch my flight on time with ease.
