Location directly at the harbour View from the restaurant
Initially booked room smelled terribly from the bathroom, replacement room receiced only after continuous insisting. Furniture and rooms worn out and shabby, bathrooms 1970ies standard, superficially cleaned with stains in the shower courtains. Reception unserstaffed, causing delays at checking in and out, billing incorrect.
2 mn from Ferry and 5 mn from main street
outdoor and open to everyone parking could be free
Ultra-convenient location, close to ferry terminal, railway station and town centre. Availability of 6th floor restaurant.
Some confusing information about method of payment.
The location and staff was excellent. There was a kettle in room which was a bonus.
Room was dirty and the carpet was all stained. Had booked a double bed but the "double" turned out to be two single beds pushed together.
It's a bit antiquated
Comfort, staff, location
Lack of air movement in rooms, rock band playing in bar over the road until 03:30.
Very handy for the ferry and staff very helpful
Room very hot, owing to heatwave and hot towel rail in bathroom - but main road outside too noisy to sleep with window open. We were lent a fan which helped somewhat.
Thé straff, thé bar. Nice reception area. Bright, colorrich!1
IMPOSSIBLE to slerp!!!! No aircondition, very noicy from thé centre!!!
Location was good, in close vicinity of the city center, railway station and the Stena ferry terminal
Hotel was outdated, rooms small with tiny bathrooms, very hot due to great summer weather but no ventilation possibilities and employees un friendly in general and not service orientated.
Room was really hot.
Worst hamburger ever in Panorama restaurant. Cooked far too long so the edges were hard and inedible.
Location is perfect, between railway station and ferry port. Breakfast is very good, amazing view to the harbour. Friendly staff.
The hotel is fine, but the room has seen "better times", and the bathroom was not totally clean. The building got extremely warm, making it difficult to sleep. For this standard too expensive, even for Denmark.
Location and staff
Single room decoration is too basic
Location, staff friendliness and facilities
The food at the restaurant is really good!!!
Little noisy in the night because of the harbour nearby
locations,john bull bar,breakfast,and the service
Location, Hotel parking, breakfast
Old style, expensive
The Bar was excellent
The breakfast buffe small
Location and cosy bar
Plain comfortable, friendly with great view of harbour from upper floors.
Breakfast buffet could have been more interesting..
Excellent harbour front location, wonderful breakfasts, warm and accommodating front office staff.
Single beds much too narrow. No face cloth in bathroom. Also, the absence of 'Do not Disturb/Please Service Room' sign to hang outside room when necessary.
The hotel is very well located right Next to the access to the Stena line port for sailings to Gothenburg and Oslo and is also Next to the main shopping and dining area in town. Access from the Railway station is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is a basic business hotel but will more than suffice
The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional.
