Staff is very welcoming and great at looking after the guests.
Breakfast could be improved. Room service menu could be more varied. You should be able to order a steak to your room in such a hotel.
This hotel is part of a very impressive conference centre. The rooms are large and well appointed. We chose the location because it was close to the central station, as wee as being close to the car rental. In fact it is within walking distance of many of the city's interesting sights
The staff is very nice. The hotel has a partnership with the best fitness center of the town, that's in the same building of the hotel and it is incredible. We had to pay a fee to use it, but it was ok.
Good hotel at a nice central location, parking in front of the hotel at a reasonable price (for Denmark).
Although the room was nice and modern, the bathtub could be better, as it had some black spots at the edges.
Peasant staff, very helpful for our late dinner, quiet clean room and lovely breakfast! We are going back in a few days on our way back to Switzerland.
Somewhat difficult to find with our navigation system!!!
Staff was very helpful with booking a ferry and setting up WiFi. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
Arrived by car and it was not obvious (at least to me) how to enter the car park.
Stuff very nice and helpful Rooms clean
Bathtube could be renovated Mold in the silicone joints in the bathroom
The bathroom was smelling strange
Wonderful service at reception, so welcoming, helping to book a ferry and offering very useful advice.v
Staff brilliant and informative. Nice hotel rooms and kept clean. Interior of hotel very interesting. Breakfast will set you up for the day!
Only stayed 2 nights and didnt sample the bar or restaurant so nothing to dislike.
Location. Great Wi-Fi.
Parking not included.
Great central location not far from main railway station and close to the AROS museum also.
I had to keep checking in and out for each booking I had made (as I ended up booking 2+1+1 nights on-line due to availability fluctuating). Staff were not very helpful on arrival when I asked about likely availability of the "missing" middle 3rd night - fortunately I was able to book it at short notice on-line before having to change hotel. In addition, one of the nights was accidentally booked without breakfast and the add-on charge was silly expensive.
the location was very good. the room was quite spacious and full of light. there was a coffeemaker with nespresso in the room which was quite nice for us. the staff at the bar were very good. The breakfast was excellent.
the hotel has to urgently do something about the cleanliness. not only the room was not clean, but the service had not changed the bedlinen on our arrival. we arrived very late at night and it was useless to ask for new sheets. the next morning I went to the reception to report the problem and ask them to change and all she answered was: Yes, we will change the bedlinen today. No signs of apology. It was quite of shocking to me. The room was overpriced.
The position. The architecture was very interesting
We had a little difficulty with the wi-fi
Quality hotel as expected from Radisson. Barbecue dinner several times a week - an excellent idea. For 3 hours eat grilled meat and salad as much as you can/ want.
WiFi worked poor
seemed to be issues with the wi-fi.
Great location near the city centre. Easy parking, though with a fee. Comfortable room.
An ignorant (and unwelcoming upon our doubts) receptionist insisting that the feather pillows are non-allergenic. High room rate for a hotel in this class.
bed is terribly soft, wifi was weak on the 8th floor
Staff were great Offered a room upgrade without asking. Very comfortable bed
Typical Raddison Blu-you know what you are getting Excellent cooked breakfast
No free parking
Staff was very helpfull. Upgrade to a businessroom
As usual Radisson Blu it is tremendous hotel.
I just have a point regarding the bathrooms, I think they should be renovated.
Very impressive facilities with amazing staff
You have to pay extra for the gym as well as the breakfast and the hotel was expensive even as it is. Not worth all the money.
