日本人だからと日本の雰囲気の部屋を当てたようだが、折角異国へ来たのだからスカンジナビア風のお部屋にし- てほしかった。受付の対応は非常に良かったが、掃除など部屋への対応が日を追うごとに悪くなった。文句を言- いたかったが、二度と利用しないためどうでも良くなった。 アメニティー・タオル・掃除など宿泊が長くなるほど対応が悪かった。チップの文化ではないとガイドブックに- は書いてあったので、チップを置かなかったからかもしれないが、それにしてもひどい。 |

that the price was 500k less on a friday then on a thursday which i didn't find out until after i had booked in. Also the room was not cleaned to the high standard i expected for the price i paid |

I like the service ,the hotel staff was kind and helped me a lot,the information was good, the food was tastful. There was nice bath but no bath shampoo at all,the moving shower was not working.Normally Internet in the hotel should be free for using,including in the price. |

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, including those who manage breakfast, reception, and also those who clean the rooms. Flat service charge of 50 Kron. for every room service order, on top of the 17% VAT. |

The hotel is very central which makes it easy to work around town without having to book a taxi. The hotel could do with a bit of renovation. It looks a bit old. |

The friendly welcome. Good size room and comfortable bed, linen etc. well laundered and in good condition. Food very good and service prompt even when very busy. Reception staff very helpful at all times. |

I liked the design of the room, cleanless, design of the hotel. Yes. The bath room was stinky, I didnt feel comfortable having a shower, as it didnt seem to be clean. The bath room overally I would say need to be renovated. It just didnt give me a good cleanless and neatness impression. |

I really enjoyed my stay, big hotel, good facilities and service minded staff. I found everything to be perfect for a business stay, except the room service menue needs to be extended both in variety and hours of availability. |

Grei pris for dobbelrommet.God og rikelig Morgenmat. Beliggenheten i Århus veldig bra i forhold til severdigheter som Den Gamle by og Aros og ikke minst bykjernen med gågater for Shopping. Bør etter hvert bytte ut badekarene med dusj,fare for å skli når en står oppe i badekaret for å dusje. |
