The food did not match the standard of the hotel

The staff were excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. It was also very child friendly. The food was very good and the hotel was perfectly placed.

Only problem the WiFi was very patchy and almost non- existent in our room.

Good location, next to the Concert Hall. Very helpful reception staff. Large, very clean room with good soundproofing. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast.

The staff had problems with finding our booking (via Booking.com).

that the price was 500k less on a friday then on a thursday which i didn't find out until after i had booked in. Also the room was not cleaned to the high standard i expected for the price i paid

I like the service ,the hotel staff was kind and helped me a lot,the information was good, the food was tastful.

There was nice bath but no bath shampoo at all,the moving shower was not working.Normally Internet in the hotel should be free for using,including in the price.

Staff was friendly, took care of my requests for taxis immediately, provided information on the downtown area for a walk. Staff was professional and available.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, including those who manage breakfast, reception, and also those who clean the rooms.

Flat service charge of 50 Kron. for every room service order, on top of the 17% VAT.

The hotel is very central which makes it easy to work around town without having to book a taxi.

The hotel could do with a bit of renovation. It looks a bit old.
