The address given for the hotel led us to an empty square at he back of the hotel. It was difficult to find the correct access. The excuse given was that It is too expensive to change the address given on the internet site to the proper address. This reflects poorly on the booking process.

Have stayed here several times previously. The Hotel's somewhat 'minimalist' design is a little off-putting particulary as now the decor looks a little 'jaded'. The Hotel's staff are both courteous and friendly and always make the guest feel welcome and 'special'

Bedrooms seem to be in need of refurbishment, and are now lookinh somewaht tired. For example, there were cigarette burns on the furniture in what is now a non-smoking room!!

Nice staff, efficient dealing with any request.

Rooms very basic and quite tired. Lots of small glitches like lifts niot working and TV in room not working properly. Overall its ok but at the price it should be much better.

Brilliant breakfast! It could also be brought to your room for an additional 60dkk so we used that option. Service and staff is really good. Room was well equipped and we had a nice view over town.

The most horrible doublebed we ever slept in, we asked for a doublebed (not twin) and we got a bed that was so soft and worn out that it looked like a ski-slope when we were in it. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep. They should really consider to change these out fast since they probably been there since the 80s when the hotel had its glory days I guess..

I think the hotel needs some upgrading on design, and the breakfastrestaurant was dark and not so nice

can never thought tt hotel with 5 stars has such poor rooms and equipment in the room. even towels looks like rags. shower looks like one star hotel in third world. sorry had to pay such expensive rates for these unsatisfactory hotel.

Friendliness of the staff, the standard of the accomadation, ice machine, breakfast.

The bar closing early, shut at 12;45 but advertised 1:00 (im an alcoholic) expensive peanuts in the mini bar.

The futuristic idea/setup of the hotel. The location as well: not too far from city center, shopping mall right next to the hotel, the history of the grounds/place where the hotel is build.

The hotels are always to a good standard.

The staff was wonderful and so was the location - couldn't have been better!

Breakfast and car parking prices rather high - not helped by weak £ at the moment. Room rather hot and stuffy.

Toppen personal. Rymliga rum. Öppen lobby +hissar. Bra frukost. Bra bar.

Værelset var for varmt om natten. 25 grader. Og vi kunne ikke skrue ned. Det var lidt ærgeligt. Ellers et godt ophold.
