The staff

The breakfast was little to little for all the people... I tried early one day and later one day..

Wonderful view, very competent staff.

Nice typical big comfy hotel with good facilities. Good noice isolation of rooms, good bed. Windows do open (but see the problems). High speed internet included.

This is a good hotel with some ridiculous problems: Great big windows do open, but there is no way to turn off (loud) AC, or even turn down its power. AC is loud because of aerodynamic noise: somebody painted the AC grills and there is not much space for air flow. There was a strong draft under my door, even with window closed. It was making a high-pitched sound. I ended-up pushing my jacket under the door (in a luxury hotel, not a shack). There is a nice, big bathroom sink. The water pressure, however, was so low, that the meagre water stream was 2 cm from the back side of the sink and I ended up trying to push my hands into it one by one. Ridiculous. Other than that the hotel is actually great. I don't know why they don't see these obvious problems. The draft and water shouldn't be hard to fix. Oh, when I reported the problems to the consierge at night, I was told to do it again in the morning to his colleague.

All in all a very nice hotel

Small rooms and the breakfast is not bad but under standard.

The wonderful view on the city from the room (for the business class), the design of the room, the ample breakfast with a large choice of food.

The hotel was a little far away from the center of the city but the distances can be accomodated by using bicycle, the old design of the bathroom (no ventilation to evacuate the humidity).

Nice Hotel, nice building! Comfortable room and elegant bathroom :-) Rooms were fitted out with a frigobar, kettle, several tv chanel and stable Wifi connection

Location: around 1 Km far from the centre. Prices: very expensive Prices. Actually unpracticable Prices! for example, breakfast for one Person for one day...27 Euros!

very clean well organized room, amazingly comfortable bed, nice bathroom with bath and shampoo stuffs, great view of the whole city. worth the money.

internet is not stable. a bit far from city center, but still within walking distance (ca. 20min)

Big and well run hotel Good value, you got a lot of bars and restaurant and the casino there.

Highly helpful, polite and friendly staff. Due to our early arriving to Copenhagen we came to the hotel 4 hours prior check-in time, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered by smiling receptionist to settle a room on the 24 floor with amazing view. She spent couple of minutes to find out proper unoccupied room and recommended us to choose 24 floor in order to be far from repair works, executed on lower floor and generating lots of noice. Very nice room with big comfortable bed.

Design and the comfort of the rooms

The smoking area, it is terribly annoying to go up and down, and up and down for a cigarette. Plus the fact that it is small,it is outside (very cold) and very uncomfortable. It's the thing that has nor or little connection with the Radisson concept.

We celebrate the new year in this hotel and the wiev from the room was perfect! If you want to see a New Years show- it's the best chose! The serves in the room was good and not so expensive.

Too expensive for the poor rooms. Near of this hotel you won't find shops or some different life- nothing. Be careful!!! If you made the reservation on your name and second person came before, even if he has a confirmation letter- the reception won't give him a room, only after long conversation and quarrel.

Wifi not working

Staff in the reception is friendly and helpful. View from 18th floor to the city is more than beautiful, so ask for the room with window to city side! Atypical for Denmark to have a normal bath instead of simple shower with courtain! Room is big and quiet.

Breakfast is quite simple and not changed day to day. No dressing gown and slippers in the room. They booked from my card more than invoiced amount and I am still waiting for release of my money. Be prepared to walk 15-20 minutes to city center or take taxi. Buses run not often in this area.

Loved the convenient location, the amazingly comfortable bed, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great food and service in the lobby restaraunt.

Would have loved to have an indoor, heated pool or hot tub. I also think there should be an observation deck on the 20th floor as the view from up there is amazing, especially at night!

Good overall service (except at the Royal Thai restaurant !)

Service at the Blue Elephant Thai restaurant was incredibly slow !! I travel since 40 years but I neveer experienced such a slow service !!
