Very good location, effective breakfast, clean rooms, sink in the room. Noise at night, smell of smoking in our room, only one toilet and bathroom for half a floor. However, the latter were clean and anyone who has lived in a student dormitory will survive and enjoy Copenhagen fully. |

The location is really the only redeemable quality of this hotel (I wouldn't really call it a hotel; its more like a hostel). Some of the staff were really nice while others were down right rude. I would say if yiou stay here its the luck of the draw.On the upside it was clean and central. The room which I paid $100 / night for was the size of a closet. |

The breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and very comfortable, even the toilets and showers being in the hall wasn't a problem as there were no queues. Quiet nights sleep. |

The staff there is very helpful. The location is quite near the center station. The wc is not close to our room, and it is a little bit noisy at night. |

Great location, clean, nice staff, let us leave our bags after we checked out on the last day, which we collected on our way back to the airport to fly home. 4 flights of stairs, with no lift was fine for us, but might be difficult for others. |

Location is very good despite drug dealers and hookers spinning around. Room was small but very decent. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. Specially nice old man, who made me coffe early in the morning before I left to the airport. Noise all night long, noisy staff at 5 in the morning |

No, you got me there. Very expensive for hostel style accommodation. Drug addicts and alcoholics outside. Rooms bear absolutely no resemblance to the photos on your website. I questioned them on this and was told 'some rooms are better than others' with a shrug. I was re roomed when I complained about noise outside and the reception bell which woke me every time someone came in but offered no discount for the inconvenience. |

Room smelled of smoke, although advertised as non-smoking room. Bathroom had no shower unit on floor, but only a shower curtain in a corner of the bathroom. No elevator (room on 4th floor). Very expensive for what it offered. |

The hotel is within a walking distance to the main tourist attractions, most importantly, very near to the Central Station, which makes it perfect to travel around the country. There should be some fruit for breakfast. |

They had bicycles for rent right at the hotel. The served a complimentary all you can eat breakfast that included cereal/muesli, pastries, bread + jam/butter/cheese/ham/pate, apple/orange juice, tea, coffee, milk and yogurt. Our window faced the courtyard which unfortunately magnified sounds so someone across talking on the phone was projected right into our open window. Closed, the sound was not too bad. Also there were some vocal drug dealers on the block that made the atmosphere a little hostel right outside the hotel. Inside it was fine. |
