I just did not stay there as they had some booking system problem. But the hotel booked a room for me at a hotel in front of them at the same price per night. It was not that nice hotel though...Anyway, thanks Savoy I was not left all along in the street without any place to sleep

Really friendly and helpful staff. Chic redesign and although the rooms are not large they are well designed and perfect as a base for exploring the city. Good Danish breakfast.

We booked at the Savoy as we were going to see the Andre Rieu concert at night. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled and we were very disappointed. However, the hotel was very nice and clean, if anything the room was a bit small but as we were not in the room very much it wasn't really a problem. Staff at the desk were very helpful

Placed in the centre of Copenhagen very close to many restaurants and cafes, with good communication via train or bus with the rest of the Copenhagen. Very nice and helpful personnel. Tasty and fresh breakfast. Quite nice and stylish building. Very basic choice of food on breakfast. Retrofitted bathrooms with very uncomfortable showers. A little old furniture although still functional. Rooms could use some redecoration or refreshing.

Nice and clean hotel in good place near the railwaystation, Strøget and Tivoli. We had familyroom, which was good with two rooms and sofa. Beds were comfortable and there was quiet during nights. Breakfast was good, the bread was delicious. The bathroom was not nice. The floor was wet after the dush and there was no dewatering tool to get the water away. There came only extremely hot water from the dush, so the dush was uncomfortable.

The Hotel is centrally located and it's easy to get to Tivoli Gardens etc. The staff were very kind and helpful when my elderly mother had a bad fall in the street outside. A First Aid box was available and help was offered. Breakfast downstairs was adequate and appetising.

1. the professional and friendly stuff despite of some troubles with our credic cards. 2. the best location in the city: near the centre, near the main train station. we just didn't use the metro:)) 3. the size of double room was good enough for two persons. 4. it's a quiet place: all windows look into the small courtyard and we rarely listened to noise from our neigbours. 1. the tap of the sink was broken and we had to regulate the flow of toilet water 2. the new elevator was broken and we use the old one, but it was not comfortable.

Easy walking distance from city centre and the central station. Several restuarants nearby. Despite the hotel being on a busy main road our room at the rear of the hotel was very quiet. The self service breakfast was good and plentiful but try to avoid 8.30 to 9.30 if you want a seat.

Close proximity to train station, Tivoli amusement park, main city attractions.Quite a generous continental breakfast. Triple room is too small and stuffy for extra bed. Both lifts should be made available to patrons. Old lift is too small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room with twin beds was clean and tidy and of a sufficient size for our needs. The hotel's decor was very pleasant and light. The lounge area displayed many brochures on what to do in Copenhagen. It was really handy to be able to purchase tickets for Tivoli at the hotel and avoid the long queue at the entrance. The room was very quiet, especially considering the hotel's location on a busy road. There was no area for guests to be dropped off or picked up by car, even at the back of the building. This means it is necessary to watch out for cyclists on the side of the road when loading and unloading baggage, for example into a taxi.

Friendly staff and excellent location - just 5/10 minutes walk to the central station and the centre of town. The breakfast room was small and there was only a small selection to eat.
