It was a gracious friendly hotel, well located. The catering was generous and thoughtful. Would stay there again.

Perhaps the room furnishings were older, but we thought this added to the charm and fitted the ambience of the property.

Located close to the train station

Uncomfortable bed, the pillows are useless, and the room was freezing cold!

Great staff and very nice breakfast.

Area was very noisy with traffic at train station and party goers from local clubs. The parking choices were poor and inconvenient.

The very best was the receptiopn service. The girl there was top professional and helpfull.

As other guests have commented, this is an old, formerly grand hotel, which is in the process of being refurbished bit by bit. I understand that no two rooms are identical, so any reviewer is really only reviewing the room they stayed in. I like old hotels and I congratulate anyone who tries to preserve them. The staff here work hard and are clearly proud of their hotel. Reception is friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine and some snacks available free to guests - a nice touch. There is paid parking nearby, for which the hotel provide a reduced ticket (30DKK for 3 days). There is free Wi-Fi internet in the rooms and the breakfast is good.

Again as other reviewers have commented, the hotel appears quite rundown in places (eg the bar area), and looks like it has been refurbished in the past in a haphazard and cheap way, which makes the task of the current owners harder - really they would need to strip back to the former glory and build up again with proper regard to design and quality. I am not sure that this is what is happening. but i think us travellers should support such hotels as much as we can, against the blandness of many of the modern chains.

Verdens dårligste kaffi!! Bør ha nystartet filter kaffi, ikke en amatørmessig pulverkaffi automat:( Kunne vert større utvalg i frokost. Eggerøren var også amatørmessig! Smaket billig pulver eggerøre:( Kan kun anbefale hotellet videre om dere etterkomme påstandene!

Værelset var lille, og der blev meget varmt. Der vat desuden utrolig meget støj fra gaden

Man kan ikke fremhæve en ting. Det var en god oplevelse som helhed. Der var god betjenning fra man checkede ind og indtil man checkede ud. Morgenmaden var god og værelset var perfekt. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse som vi helt sikkert vil prøve igen. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til Centrum og sødt og rart personale i receptionen og restauranten.

Der var ikke noget som vi ikke brød os om.
