The bed is very nice.

1. There was problem with internet for the first two days which was really inconvenient and annoying 2. In my room we can hear the machine operating sound of the elevator all the time.

Good location

Very noisy - we have stayed in the room 102 and it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the lift. No mini bar at all.

Room was clean. Amenities full and work. Prompt attention. You had convertors. Business wise. Good.

Bar was un-inventive. Some greater choices at breakfast would have been nice. Lacking capacity. Bit dead socially. Not much atmosphere.

- Close to Tivoli and many other city landmarks - The lakes are good for morning run - Breakfast is good

- The rooms are not cleaned as it should be the way expected from Scandic Hotels - The room did not have minibar to store young daughter's milk - The room did not have enough number of closets for storing luggage

The picture on our wall was a bit depressing... Terrible shower pressure.

Modern, clean, and well located, this is a cool hotel. Great breakfast.

I suppose you could argue it's a bit "clinical". It obviously doesn't have the character of a family-owned B&B.

Was a little disappointed with pillows and bedding,especially on the sofa bed for two children. If we were staying longer we would need more hanging space for clothes too.

The hotel location is excellent. It is a good modern 4 star hotel. The breakfast is great!! The familiy room was small as was the bathroom.. There was no bath for the kids. Overall impression was good.

Room cleaning was VERY POOR. For 3 day stay we never saw them! Honestly management needs to check that the rooms are cleaned to a proper standard each day!

Good location and excellent previous reputation, quiet place with walking distance to many attractions and shops.

We (my wife and myself) for recent years have stayed at the Scandic Copenhagen several times. This particular time we noticed some changes, unfortunatelly, not positive. I don't know exactly, but it seems that the management have changed, or may be the whole policy. With changing the lobby interior they lost an attractiveness of Copenhagen. I mean that previously they had a copy of the mermaid statue in the center of the lobby. That created a very specific positive mood for travellers. The staff also changed not for the better, at least some of them. Despite we arrived well after the official check-in time they tried to settle us in an uncleaned room. The restaurant, I think, has lost the right to be called so - no choice of European meal, they even had no vegetables and icecream when we visited them first evening. Some of the staff at the reception seems to be so untrained that couldn't complete the task they started and left it for the next day.

Food in the restaurant and breakfast were good

Room was so small that I felt like being in a prison during my business trip 3 nights. Air condition was noisy and it didn't work well. There is much better hotels in Copenhagen so I don't recommend this to others.

Very good child-friendly hotel, located 5 min from the CPH central railway station (no noise though!) and 10 min from the downtown. All the services, hotel restaurant were very convenient.

The only thing that might be improved is the wifi connection speed but this is a minor thing in my humble opinion.

Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff that I came into contact with. The view from my room on the 17th floor was stunning. Excellent choice for breakfast.

No tea/coffee making facilities or mini bar in the room. Completely soulless corporate hotel on the middle of a big city. Probably identical to every other Scandic Hotel in the world. I know I should have expected that but it is still a disappointment. The excellent breakfast noted above made to concessions to the fact that ir is in Copenhagen. Great if you like that kind of thing. Otherwise avoid it.

I staying in the hotel with 2 small children and I really disappointed by the hotel! It was no nothing in the room- no sewing kit, no shoe cosmetics & shoehorn (it was really needed due to weather!). No minibar (I can accept minibar absence but it was no any drinking water in the room!). Not enough furnitures- no any closets so we was forced to keep our dresses on the floor!

A small room with an even smaller bed. The small room I am fine with as it was advertised as a small double, but given the size of the bed, the hotel should then write clearly that the bed is not really meant for two.

Good position close to central railway station, shops and Tivoli. Good restaurant with excellent buffet breakfast. Views from room over the city amazing. When we had a problem with a window which would not close properly (outside temperature -3C) we were moved to another room quickly and efficiently.

Original room 1313 (!!) proved to be rather noisy as it was next to the service lifts/machinery which were in use all night. Problem with window as mentioned above meant the room was cold. No tea/coffee making facilities in room despite this being shown in the room description on the website.

A great location. Good price. Staff very helpful and obliging.

Still eating breakfast at 10 am and the cleaners started hoovering.

Room service , nothing in the room no tea kettle Or fridge , no water , asked the reception for water And the refused to send it to the room , they asked Me to take it from the reception. Poor service

Very original modern interior, good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great food, their restaurant had an autumn menu from Jamie Oliver!

Location, comfort and size.

The lobby with it´s innovative design which gathered people for a drink or just for socializing but also the design in our room. The breakfast was great as well as the view over the lakes.

The bed wasn´t very good and the rooms could be a little bit more isolated while we heard the people talking outside in the hall
