The location of the hotel is pretty good. The breakfast was excellent and so was the personnel in the breakfast room. The hotel is completely worn out. The rooms and other customer areas are in very bad condition. Still you can clean properly even if your hotel is not the most modern in the city, can't you ? The hotel had serious problems with plumming and water supplies and seems not to make any effort to fix it. After changing rooms because of that the problem was still existing the professionals who made a huge disturbance on the main court yard when fixing the waste pipes until 3 am. The skills of the front desk personnel in taking care of these problems was inadequate. |

The wireless at my room was not working. There was a hotline number to call but that did not help. In the end I found out that for some reason it worked only in the lobby (my computer did not show it was a weak signal at the room) |

Convienence of location and view Had retro room and basic amenities did not work, such as fridge and air-cooling system. Room very hot and stuffy in summer. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No extras in room, eg, spare pillow, towels... |

Location We arrived at the restaurant by 9.15 p.m. and were advised that they were about to close the kitchen, so we could only order a main course (which was very small by the way). Not acceptable at a high class international hotel! |

The 'retro' rooms were very good value, with only slightly outdated furniture and décor contributing to this tag. The location is excellent, being very close to the city centre, and the views from the top floor (where the retro rooms are) is spectacular. The price shown on the website changed when we actually checked in. We were informed that this was the case, although not told the actual new total until we checked-out. Thankfully it was only around 10% more. |

Convenient location near the centre of the city. Room was clean with TV, en-suite bathroom and toilet all clean and with towels etc. Buffet breakfast was very good value. Overall the hotel was good value in an expensive city. |

They didn't have the room I requested for in the reservations, and didn't wanted to offer me an upgrade. Instead, they asked me to stay on a room for smokers of the same category as mine. I was not able to stand the tobacco smell, and requested an alternative. They then offered me and my girlfriend a "family room", with two separated single beds. |
