asked for non smoking room, but got smoking. Size of room was really small.

Fabulous view from 17th floor.Breakfast excellent.Very convenient for shoping ,Tivoli gardens and sight seeing.

The fascilities, ie sauna and fitness equipments were great and very good breakfast spread.

Elevators are really noisy, you can hear noise to rooms that are close to elevators.

Nice breakfast, near to the railway station.

The double-bed is too small for two person.

Nice quiet room, with a great view. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the central station, to the shoppingstreet and to the cultural hotspots.

Location and room views. It was central to attractions and transport

Excellent choice for everybody - in the city center and good value for money. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Good breakfast - what ever the other visitors are saying and a room was clean enough. If I ever go to Copenhagen again I am going to stay in this hotel - definitely!

It was very good location (near to Copenhagen Central Station), nice atmosphere, good services.

Coffee and Tea services in the room (instant coffee and tea bag etc.) don't refill every day. I like coffee, so I was disappointed.

The view from the 16th floor was fantastic. The breakfast is great.

That the ventilator in the bathroom is always on instead that one can choose to switch it on and off. That there are not enough electricity sockets in the wall - one can only plug in the laptop if plugging out a lamp. That the contents of the minibar was not automatically replaced. That there is no chocolate or nuts in the minibar. That I did not have a list of phone numbers of the reception etc. next to my phone. That I did not get a new floor towel after the first was taken away.

The room was big and had a good view of the lake.

It was hot and the airconditioning did not work. The staff did not care to fix it as payment was already received and we did not have any option but to stay and suffer.

Good standard of cleanliness, services, friendly staff, position and food.

The only thing we would have liked was for the air conditioning to have been adjustable cooler at night. Set to Max but still not comfortable in room at night. The 3 days we were there were very hot though, 88F.

bathroom needed to be renewed looked very old and untidy
