ドライヤーがついていれば申し分ないと思います。アイロンやズボンプレッサーが部屋にありましたが、ドライヤーの方が大事なのでは？４基あるエレベーターのうち２つが変な音がしました。そのうち１基は階を通貨するたびにガタンと何かにぶつかる音がして皆怖がってました。 ホテル北側（入り口があるが、ラウンジなので締め切り状態）から出入りできれば良いと思います（雨のとき夕方で入れず、ぐるっと廻らなければならない。路面は石畳とタイルが交互でキャスターが走りづらい）。 |

中央駅からは歩いて行けるが、大きなスーツケースなどがあると、ちょっと大変かも。朝食は種類が多く、おいしい。 日本食と日本の新聞があるということだったが、日本の新聞は見当たらなかった。また日本食も壁に隠れた隅の方にあり、聞いていなければ気づかない場所にある。また |

年末・年始に泊まりました。朝食ビュッフェは充実していました。ご飯は美味しくありませんが、日本食用にと焼き鮭や味噌汁もありました。１０階に泊まりましたが、窓から見える隣の湖とその向こうの街の眺めがとても良かったです。 部屋の寝室部分は良いのですが、お風呂、洗面台、鏡などところどころ錆びていて、全く良い印象を受けませんでした。 |

ロケーション、スタッフの対応、客室の清潔さなどに満足しました。値段が手頃かどうかは分かりませんが（特に一人での宿泊の場合）、デンマークの物の値段、欧州での円安を考えれば妥当とも思えます。 |

Good price but the cleanness of the room was very poor and it upset me that hotel at resonable price do not need to be filthy The cleanness was so poor it make the stay horrible |

Location We arrived at the restaurant by 9.15 p.m. and were advised that they were about to close the kitchen, so we could only order a main course (which was very small by the way). Not acceptable at a high class international hotel! |

The 'retro' rooms were very good value, with only slightly outdated furniture and décor contributing to this tag. The location is excellent, being very close to the city centre, and the views from the top floor (where the retro rooms are) is spectacular. The price shown on the website changed when we actually checked in. We were informed that this was the case, although not told the actual new total until we checked-out. Thankfully it was only around 10% more. |

Convenient location near the centre of the city. Room was clean with TV, en-suite bathroom and toilet all clean and with towels etc. Buffet breakfast was very good value. Overall the hotel was good value in an expensive city. |

They didn't have the room I requested for in the reservations, and didn't wanted to offer me an upgrade. Instead, they asked me to stay on a room for smokers of the same category as mine. I was not able to stand the tobacco smell, and requested an alternative. They then offered me and my girlfriend a "family room", with two separated single beds. |

Fantastic view from the window. The room was spacious and light. A real king-size bed. The stuff is friendly. An excellent location of the hotel in Copenhagen. Propose the rooms for NON-SMOKERS on 17th, 18th floor!!!!! |

The room was totaly different from thi picture on the internet.we asked for a non smoking room at booking but we got a smoking room and with children in a smelly room we were very unhappy. |
