отель чистый, комфортабельный, расположен удобно по отношению к центру и центральному вокзалу.Завтрак достаточно неплох. ввести русский канал на ТВ |

вид из окна, удобная кровать, завтрак, персонал да!!! очень хотелось бы больше усилий со стороны персонала по поддержанию комфорта и порядка в номерах (в ванной из-под потолка выпадала заслонка вытяжки, и даже после ремонта она выпала снова через часа 2! на окне с обеих сторон было много паутины и пауков - при том, что у меня серьезная инсектофобия.) |

Good price but the cleanness of the room was very poor and it upset me that hotel at resonable price do not need to be filthy The cleanness was so poor it make the stay horrible |

booking i dont like the hotel, people are rude, and the hotel got full wet even when it rained, horrible, hotel, facilities and everything so bad, i will give only 1 point to this horrible hotel |

Location We arrived at the restaurant by 9.15 p.m. and were advised that they were about to close the kitchen, so we could only order a main course (which was very small by the way). Not acceptable at a high class international hotel! |

The 'retro' rooms were very good value, with only slightly outdated furniture and décor contributing to this tag. The location is excellent, being very close to the city centre, and the views from the top floor (where the retro rooms are) is spectacular. The price shown on the website changed when we actually checked in. We were informed that this was the case, although not told the actual new total until we checked-out. Thankfully it was only around 10% more. |

Convenient location near the centre of the city. Room was clean with TV, en-suite bathroom and toilet all clean and with towels etc. Buffet breakfast was very good value. Overall the hotel was good value in an expensive city. |

They didn't have the room I requested for in the reservations, and didn't wanted to offer me an upgrade. Instead, they asked me to stay on a room for smokers of the same category as mine. I was not able to stand the tobacco smell, and requested an alternative. They then offered me and my girlfriend a "family room", with two separated single beds. |

Fantastic view from the window. The room was spacious and light. A real king-size bed. The stuff is friendly. An excellent location of the hotel in Copenhagen. Propose the rooms for NON-SMOKERS on 17th, 18th floor!!!!! |

The room was totaly different from thi picture on the internet.we asked for a non smoking room at booking but we got a smoking room and with children in a smelly room we were very unhappy. |

Not so far from the central station. Location is also nice, because there is a lake in front of the hotel, and close to the sight place. |

There was no Bathroom Foot Towel, so I was obliged to use a Hand Towel for that purpose. |

Good check in. Nice big double bed. Good view from the room. Good location. Dinning room was very crowded and looked more like a canteen. Gym was not very well equiped. No tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom needed replacing as it was old and tired. |

Middel of the city. 1 minutes walk to big cinemas and shopping. Beautiful with view over the lakes. Flat screens instead of snall old fashioned tv boxes would do wonders. |
