Отличное расположение. Разнообразная кухня отличного качества. Доброжелательный персонал. Плохие дополнительные кровати, если останавливается семья из 3 -4 человек. Плохо работает сантехника. |

Удобное местоположение, хороший вид из окна. Разнообразить завтрак, уделять больше чистоте номеров и отмыть наконец ржавчину в ванной. |

Мне понравилось, что меня все же переселили из номера с пауками и пацтиной в какой-то более удобоваримый. Спасибо. Да, сделать ремонт или, как минимум, совершить уборку в номерах на 16 и 17 этажах. Спасибо. |

Отель хорошо расположен в центре города, замечательный вид из окна 16 этажа. Вполне приличный завтрак. Починить краны, следить за чистотой в удобствах, быть готовыми к заселению новых гостей к 15 ч. |

Location of hotel is very good it is in walking distance to shopping street,sight seen tour starting points, museums and famous nayhavn canal tour point. Change old color tv with LCD |

The room had an excellent view of Copenhagen. It was clean and comfortable, with requests for extra pillows fulfilled within minutes. The breakfast had an great range of food and drinks, with plenty available. Bathroom could do with refurb |

It is very convinent and close to center. Breakfast was good, Staff were freindly but I found internet slow at times. My room was on 17th floor #1715 and I could hear some sort of pump turnig on and off every 45 seconds. Like a drilling noise form distance. This noise was specially annoying at night. I recommned this hotel but not 17th floor. |

Staff were courteous and helpful No miniature toiletries and no bath mats as found in other 4 star hotels and making up room service is very late. Almost 3pm! Food good but expensive. |

Good location very close to the city center, nice view over Copenhagen from 16th floor, breakfast also was good. Although there was warning about "old style floors" for cheaper price, I didn't expect in one of Scandic hotels so poor condition of the rooms with outworn furniture, old dirty carpets etc. |

The view from the 17th floor was very good. My reservation did not show up in the system 1st time. The service in the restaurant was a little slow. |

We liked the room with alle necessary equipment - and the breakfast, whvich was was good and wit a lot of possibilities to choose from The homepage says, that the hotel has its own in-house safe parking area. That is not so. There is a parking area 5 minutes walk away, but it is not owned by the hotel - nevertheless that the hotel signs are still there! |

Clean and silent room, nice view (14th floor), free wlan, spacious breakfast room, breakfast ok (although not same level as Scandic hotels in Finland). No disturbing queue at the reception even at the busy hours. The fitness room/gym is far too small for this size of a hotel. Also sauna facilities (especially the small (and not very dry) dressing room) are not very attractive. But value for money is ok also for the gym/sauna. |
