Tento elegantní hotel se nachází u náměstí City Hall v centru Kodaně a nabízí pokrmy severské kuchyně, oblíbený bar a individuálně a moderně zařízené pokoje s TV s plochou obrazovkou a Wi-Fi zdarma. Palace Hotel nabízí prostorné pokoje s kabelovou TV, svěžími koupelnami s černými obklady a křesly, ve kterých můžete odpočívat. Mnoho pokojů má výhled na živé centrum Kodaně. Brasserie on the Square Restaurant nabízí speciality, mezi které patří srnčí, nakládaná hovězí svíčková a jídla inspirovaná francouzskou kuchyní. Excellent location, fine historic building with updated accommodation and facilities. Separation of wc compartment from shower/wet room nice refinement in the room. Good beds and furniture. Breakfast buffet very good. We were on the fourth floor at the front of the hotel, there was some road noise but this was compensated by the spectacular views of the city hall (Raadhus), Tivoli and the western side of the city centre. The excellent towels had a pervasive smell of vinegar.

Near to tourist area and easy access to halal food restaurant (many shawarma restaurant nearby). The front and back of the hotel is under construction. A bit noisy but I manage.

Location is very good. Rooms are very very small and the price is very expensive. Not 4 star hotel at all. Noisy, if your windows are pointing to the street or square.

The gym was closed - with no advance up-to-date information E.G. on web pages-. The information booklet concerning the hotel services was missing in the room - on tv info you could find just messages and wake- up services! All the papers in the room (room service list, minibar list and telephone numbers were in ugly condition - dirty and damaged.

It has very good location in the center of the city. It's very easy to get to this hotel from aeroport. It is beautiful inside like a palace. It was a little stuffy in the room.

Very comfortable and the central location was great; easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and for dinner, with a menu offering choice and quality. Our room looked on to the central square and the clock tower - which didn't disturb us at all! A lovely view, and the wet room was a bonus.

Breakfast. Excellent front desk staff. Noise of extractor fans in courtyard, meant that couldn't have windows open at night. Air conditioning didn't work (or was ineffective). On last night, room smelled of deep fat frying (I think air conditioning was sucking in smells from KFC next door).

Perfect location, very nice and confortable rooms, good and reliable breakfast. The sink in the bathroom was too small and water poured out a lot when trying to wash my face.

Friendly and helpful staff, particularly one barman who has great charm! One evening there was a rock concert in adjoining building that made the room shake. Staff very apologetic and as promised the music stopped on the dot of 11pm.

Location is perfect! Breakfast is reasonable. Friendly staff. Dinner on the restaurant was great. Internet in the room is bad, it disconnects all the time (in the bar downstairs the internet is fine). The room was too cold, the temperature air control didn't work properly! The room was very small (single person option).

It's in the middle of the centre, near the central station and the breakfast is fresh. The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated and you have to pay extra for the tv and music...

Everithing is just OK. The ringing of the bell of the Cityhall is very romantic. The place is the best one can just imagine. The personal is more than kind. The free set of TV channels must have been better. But living in the center of the city doesn't suppose watching TV. Almost perfect place to spend several days!

Great location, comfortable rooms - a really good hotel for a business stay in Copenhagen. The barman is wonderful! They couldn't find my booking, but as I had a print out of the reservation they had to find me a room! Fortunately, they had rooms available, but it could have been very awkward. Breakfast staff could be a little less grumpy.

The best thing is it's location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The girls at the reception counter were really courteous and know their stuff well. They allowed an early check in for me and my elderly mother who arrived in the morning without any requests/ prompting.

“The hotel is charming and has a warm feel to it, like your back in time 200 years in Nordic history .The room is nice, though a bit dark ( small windows because its an old building) but thats no problem. The room is clean. Breakfast is ok, a nice choice of food, with nice view of the water. The location is perfect for the harbour ( eating lunch outside!) and shopping.
