Hotellin sijainti erinomainen.

Naapuri huoneiden äänet kuuluivat seinien ja katon läpi. Kamala meteli koko yön. Otimme ystävieni kanssa 2hh huoneet edullisimmasta hinta luokasta. Minun huone oli melko sopivan kokoinen yhdelle hengelle, mutta ystävieni huone oli kuin pieni komero. Lisäksi sängyt (120 cm) ovat liian kapeat kahdelle hengelle. Kannattaa maksaa hieman enemmän ja ottaa isompi huone varsinkin jos yöpyjiä on kaksi tai enemmän. Kalusteet huoneessa kuluneet. En sanoisi tätä 4 tähden hotelliksi.Kallis. Aamiainen ylihinnoiteltu.

Sijainti hyvä ja huoneet uusittu.Aamiainen on erinomainen, kannattaa maksaa.

Hotelli oli hukannut varauksemme, samoin monen muun. Onneksi saavuimme hyvissä ajoin ja saimme huoneet, moni ei saanut. Sähläykseen meni tunti ja edes anteeksi ei pyydetty saati luvattu alennusta. Huoneita jouduttiin odottamaan pidempään kuin luvattu.

Excellent location and can easily be reached from airport by metro. Right in front of Tivoli. Design and cleanliness of hotel are good. Nice rainshower and good size rooms. We had room at the backside and there it was quiet. Good value for money

Wifi was sometimes not connecting. Breakfast was chaotic and very long qeues for coffee, only 1 coffee machine for all the guest. This was frustrating. For price you pay, breakfast should be more extensive

Some rooms may be noisy due to the road and pubs/restaurants. It's better if you ask for a room with view of the inner courtyard.

It was a lovely old hotel that has been kept up and modernized. Enjoyed my short stay there.

It was not near the things we wanted to see but we found bus and tram transportation.

Great location close to the main station and shopping areas, clean and comfortable rooms, quick efficient check in with friendly helpful staff

Close to city hall, which had a clock that chimed on the hour and every 15 mins so sleep was disruptive!!

Great position, quiete and clean room

The room was a little cold and there is no way to set the temperature with the a/c control. Breakfast very expansive.

Hotel`s location was very good.Close to the main shopping street.Besides Rathaus square is very romantic palce.

We liked the Rathaus clock very much but we didn`t like that they bit till midnight and we could listen to it through our closed windows.

Fabulous location. Although the hotel is situated at the City Hall Square there is hardly any noise apart from the city hall bells toling every 15 minutes, but it is not disturbing. Spacious room. Definately value for money.

We had to wait a long time at the reception desk upon our arrival, as we had been given a single room instead of the double room which was on our booking confirmation. The staff was friendly enough, but it took time to make the adequate changes in the hotel's booking system.

I think a room rate in hotel doesn't correspond to reality. It is possible to pay only for a view of the area but if you as well as me are given number overlooking other street - why to pay it is twice possible to choose other hotel. Clock on the Town hall very loud it can prevent you to sleep all night. I booked room with a breakfast, but to me told that it is necessary to pay for it as the hotel drew out from my card money only for number. Why? It was convenient to me to pay at once and for number and a breakfast.

Nice big room and great view over the town square.

Customer service was very poor and they tried to charge me 3 times for my booking and then failed to come back to me when I asked to speak to a Manager. Very disappointed with this service.

central location and near to all attractions. cocktail main barman gave excellent service on my 60th birthday celebration which my family booked as surprise for me.

on arrival I was informed that the 4 rooms booked had been cancelled by a member of their own staff. after 45 mins at reception 4 rooms were found of lower standard to those booked. we were given breakfast vouchers as compensation.At checkout the manager was apologetic about not providing the standard of rooms originally booked in july 2012 and reduced the rooms bill.

Location, Hotel building is a nice old building with high ceiling which has been renovated nicely, rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy access from the airport. You just need to take a 14 min. Train ride from the airport to central station and walk 600m to the hotel and hotel is located in one of the main squares of the city center.

1- Service was not good. first day we found a big piece of broken glass in the room on the floor. liquid soap in the shower was already empty when we checked in and they didn't refill it during the 3 days of our stay. They didn't give us new shampoo and other stuff in the bathroom after the first day. They took our used coffee cups and forgot to give us new cups so when we arrived in the evening and wanted to have a cup of coffee , there was no cup in the room. 2- For a 4 star hotel , facilities are minimum. Usually 4 star hotels have a shuttle bus to and from airport. They don't have it . so on the way back we had an early flight in the morning that we had to call for a taxi. 3- Staff doing their job well but there is lack of kindness or making you feel welcome. It's just not there.

Poor service + noisy room

Excellent hotel in a perfect location near the city centre. We upgraded to a larger room towards the square and the room was very nice & clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also perfect, something for everyones taste... We can definately recommend this hotel to others and will probably book it again ourselves the next time in Copenhagen.
