Close to station, free internet, gym

Not super clean, way over priced

Normally rooms aren´t available before 2 0´clock in the afternoon. I´d called in anvance and ask for an early booking due to a wedding at 2 o´clock. I was not promised anything - and anything wasn´t free. At 11,30. When we returned one hour later - the same - but then we became upgraded to a bigger room without any extra charche. Fine service !!

Nice staff, breakfast was nice as well.

Very small rooms, small beds, no bath, very very small bathroom, not very clean and quite old-fashioned.

Bathrooms are minimal in available resources for the room costs involved. No face cloths, and only dispenser soap

Run down, hard to turn around in bathroom and walls and window paper thin even on second floor-avoid if light sleeper.

Clean hotel, great location in the centre of Aarhus (very close to shops, the train station, restaurants, etc) and good breakfasts!

Disappointing that the spa facilities weren't in use when we stayed there, as that was part of the reason we selected that hotel.

Its location to the city was very convenient

This hotel is overpriced. The staff is disinterested. The rooms are thin-walled and worn-out.

The location is very convenient. It's about a 5 min walk from the central railway station and airport shuttle bus station.

The room was very outdated. There were stains on the carpet and the room had this sewage stench. It was more like a hostel room than a hotel room. The internet connection was bad, it cuts off from time to time and when I talked to the reception about it, the lady simply told me to call technical support because it must be how my laptop was set up.

1. The performance of Coldrun (Koldrun) the Icelandic receptionist, and 2. The second booking resulted in a 'special' room on the 4th floor.

Good central location

No wardrobe in room to hang cloths.
